  1. PM sent. All stats for my wheels can be found on my ad here: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...howtopic=153761
  2. T28s will go up past 200rwkW. I've seen 210rwkW+ S15s with the appropriate bits.
  3. My last car was a Pulsar too.
  4. If you don't track the car, I'd even consider DS2000's.
  5. This is what you get for helping Pulsar owners. But yeah, if some random fellow car enthusiast went out of their way to give me a hand I'd thank them. Offer to buy them lunch, at least. I realise that most ricey Pulsar owners tend not to be swimming in cash, but surely they could just put off buying another set of Nangkangs or Wanlis for their 18" chromies for a little bit longer and showing your appreciation and showing some level of respect. P.S. You should have keyed his car in "payment".
  6. I run DS2500s on the street. Aside from the dust and low-temp squealing, they're a great street sports pad. They pretty much work from the get-go, and are quite resistant to fade on the track. They also lasted twice as long as OEM pads, probably due to the fact that I track the car quite a bit and the OEM pads just shit themselves. (N.B. This is on a 350Z non-Brembo, so your mileage may vary) I've never heard a bad thing about DS2500s, performance wise, but the same can't be said for anything in the EBC range.
  7. Given the context of my post he was replying to, I'd say torque split.
  8. Early WRX's also didn't run LSDs, and the rear suspension was too soft so it would lift the nose under power. You can get anti-lift kits to cure the latter, and most of them run mechanical LSDs. Its not just the torque split, although I'd agree that a 50:50 torque split with a front engined car is going to inherently understeer without suspension setup trickery.
  9. Dumhed's S13 (with a worked NA SR20DE) makes 120rwkW, which is as much power as a stock Australian delivered S15. Forget the turbo. Just cam it and get management (and a LSD maybe).
  10. Could it be because the editor isn't a pussy? The 4MOTION system runs at 90% front torque split most of the time, and only goes to a 50:50 split when reacting to electronic sensors? So the polar opposite of a GT-R. Instead of behaving like a RWD car until it needs AWD grip anb balance, it behaves like a FWD car until that point. Where do I sign up....?
  11. God didn't build animals in FWD.
  12. And WTF? The most viewed pic in my gallery for the cruise is the Mugen racing stripe on the DC2.....
  13. Damned straight. I even mute the speech instructions on my Sat Nav, because no-one's going to tell me when to turn and shit. Especially not the posh British chick whose voice I've selected.
  14. I think I shall.
  15. Why didn't they call the R32 a KPGC32 or something? Its a Skyline isn't it?
  16. Interested in swapping for a set of 17" TE37s with cash adjustment?
  17. Its probably all the porn I host on my site. And the white supremacist propaganda.
  18. Weird. I double checked the link - it works. Might have to start troubleshooting PM me if its still not working for you - I'll bundle the images up into emails and send them to you.
  19. I'm putting my gunmetal TE37s up for sale. Type: Volk Racing TE37 Sizes: 17x8.5 +30 5x114.3 / 17x9.5 +28 5x114.3 Tyres: Bridgestone Potena RE-01 255/40 R17 (fronts are near dead, rears are still at 50%) Colour: Gunmetal (Nissan paint code KR2) Location: Sydney - not particularly interested in shipping Price: $2500 but open to reasonable offers Reasons for sale: Too small for my 350Z (looks out of proportion) and too light for my Tein Flex's springs, so the car's ride and handling is adversely affected. Upgrading to bigger rims. One of the 9.5" rims has gutter rash and most of them have scratching around the stud holes. Aside from that, the rims are still in perfect condition. They were only repainted a few months ago. Offsets should fit 2WD Skylines and S14 / S15 Silvias, and have it sitting right on the guard. You may need to run a narrower front tyre in this case, but since those front tyres are almost gone it shouldn't be a major issue. More pictures of the rims on my 350Z can be found here: http://www.au-z.org/gallery/my350z_20061030_carbon http://www.au-z.org/gallery/my350z_20061102_day-night
  20. My pics are here: http://www.au-z.org/gallery/sau_20070128_wisemans Highlights: Fridge crew reprazent! Hooray for food! Apparently not worth the wait. Bling!
  21. Twas a nice drive. Not too quick, with all the traffic, which gave me time to notice the scenery for a change.
  22. Its still being designed and built by Australians though. Its not like a person is any less Australian if they were born in Australia, but their Aussie parents live off a diet of foreign food.
  23. This NSX replacement is heaps cooler.
  24. Is it the Series 1 (original) or the Series 2 (slimline, with ethernet port)?
  25. Damn. I was hoping to get a PowerFC. The UTEC seems to be the best bet at the moment, although I am quite happy with my Unichip.
