  3. Hi guys, where have you guys purchased your Nismo AFMs from? I have seen them on rhdrive and nengun but curious is anyone local can match those prices that someone might be able to think of, looking for new units too.

  8. nice, told a girl friend once if she brought a GTR I would marry her, so she brought one of these, I decided to leave her when she tried painting it too and messed it all up.
  9. oh dear, this + high mount stop light = fail
  10. Thanks very much mate, I didn't realise I had a reply here so called mongoose today who said exactly that too.
  11. What is this wire on my alarm used for? I skimmed the manual front to back but the Mongoose M60 manual is a little vauge on details. 4) GND ARM (-) GROUND WHEN ARMED OUTPUT I have installed a couple of alarms before and never heard of this channel name, and couldnt pull up much with a google or SAU search.
  12. Great work with his coatings, and very reasonable price too!

  13. Thanks Craved, got the covers back and they look teh sex! Much better result than I was getting with the spray in a can.
  14. open the tank, have a look at the assembly in there, the stock one will fit in the bracket without any modifcation, if its a GTR pump it will have had the bottom cut off or bent to fit in
  15. Search for Z32 wiring diagram there are a ton of tutorials out there http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/co...-s2-t69957.html http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/R3...Z32-t69487.html
  16. That porting of the stock manifolds looks great, wonder why the facotry didn't do it in the first place, these were $160,000 cars... might play around next week while the engine is being assembled
  17. What if the intention is to allow excess oil build up to drain faster, rather than simply drain all oil to the sump? That way you ensure you have lubrication when not under heavy loads, yet when going flat out the head can return enough oil to the sump?
  18. Can you grab a photo or two of where on the sump you have the return line also please? The rear left seamed the place to do it reading all this, but the wall isn't very high there, would on top of the recesses be the best place? A photo of tweakit.net's return kit.
  19. How important is the shielding on the two wires on my AFM plug??? The loom was a bit damaged so I cut that section off, should I wrap some loose wires around the outside , connect to the existing earthed shield then heat-shrink it all together???
  20. I had same problem the other day on my R32 GTR, two large rectangular connecters near the washer bottom supply battery to the ECU, weird it goes that way round. Check them.
  21. Yeah, maybe just his lack of coherent English made it painful to hear and I'm still trying to figure out what was said by him.
  22. don't buy an ebay jobby plenum if you dont trust it, we have had problems using them on RB25s before, missing fittings, leaks, poor quality
  23. Did anyone record tonight? What word for word did that tool say about how lots Torque means the Cayene go faster when its above 80kph? May have gotten wrong, but isn't the abilty to pull off a line down to the Torque of a car, the Power is more readily associated with the overcoming of drag over time?
  24. What colour is mirror, and does the fold-in motor work?
  25. looks like I will try that and make some adapter plates up to suit the pod filter snorkles I already have.
