  1. rb30 pump fits s1 and 260 just need to block 1 hole in block with grub screw, apparently has more capacity and costs about $80(neo & s1 block are the same?)
  2. i dont see much of a demand for these units so i would of thought a fair price would be about a ton.
  3. whats your best price?
  4. beware the dodgy auto elec, there must be hundreds of them out there, so many people have trouble with there alarms/immobilizers being fitted to there imports, what is with these guys they see your car and say "oh no not an import", for christ sake it's just another car, obvious advice source a reputable operator, good luck.
  5. correct, mjr at burleigh, been there for quite a while now
  6. ring o'briens, took them one day to come round to my workplace and fit and they didn't even charge me (insurance).
  7. had a search but could'nt find anything definate, has anyone got a part no. or any idea whats interchangeble, any help appreciated.
  8. beer, brewery ok see you there
  9. better ring aca that story might give skyline owners a bad name
  10. this car is the most heavily modified stagea probably in the world, just advertise it, some loaded car freak might just see it and would pay anything to have it, if i won the big one tonight i'd be buying it no matter what it took to get it here(ps i'd also be picking up a r34 gtr etc etc as well)
  11. mate don't even think about purchasing a std pump you'll have to take out a 2nd mortage , off course a used one is out of the question, just source a bosch or a cheaper walbro, plenty of info everywhere on sau
  12. jeez mate you must be a bit shy (been on since 2008) great looking conversion luv the black, it might be just me but that car would look complete with front tint and something big and shiny to fill that hole in the back bar, post up some more shots in 'pics of your stagea' and fill us in on any mods rb 26/30 etc.
  13. thanks for the help, got it sorted,it was a install problem, i didn't slide the cradle far enough back on the rails so it moved and was laying on it's side so i guess there was a kink in the feed line, the joys of DIY, at least i know a bit more about internal pumps.
  14. installed 044 car started and drove ok but under power seems to be starving and would'nt rev out, i did use std sock off old pump, any help appreciated.
  15. why not look locally for one thats been lovingly looked after and with tastefull mods, cause when you get the car it will be probably be std and you will want to chuck thousands at it,and one red light is a fog light and i'd rather buy a car thats had fresh water over it rather than salt ps little plug for local cars i might sell mine.
  16. early dayz newer nismo
  17. what happened to fuel pump recommendations? i've got a bit of an interest in the subject at the moment, seemed to go steadily south.
  18. thanks guys, yeh cradle slips off rails on the bottom of the tank just needed a bit of a jiggle, now the fiddly bit of modifying the bracket fitting a sock with the right angles , hose clamps, cable ties etc i guess it's not rocket science but the last fuel pump i played with was mechanical
  19. got an o44 and have opened up the tank, std pump seems to be enclosed in a plastic holder and sitting at 45deg in a plastic cradle and seems to be anchored to the bottom of the tank, anyone familar with this? is there a trick to releasing the pump, does it come out with a release system or do you remove the whole assembley and if so whats the trick, and can i utilize the std sock or what do i do as far as a replacement sock goes, any info greatly appreciated.
  20. make a documentary sell it to national geographic make a million and get back here and set up a chain(tune)shop, good luck pal.
  21. ok thanks for the replys, maybe i'm looking in the wrong place, car is running great just now and then (and it seems to becoming more frequent) the car to me seems to be starving of fuel and will eventually stall (changed filter, done aac valve) crank it over a bit and it will kick back to full power, does that sound like a faulty pump? will disconnect fuel line next time it does it and see if it's pumping, any help as always appreciated.
  22. had a good search but could'nt really find what i was after, as topic states once a pump starts to die do you just chuck it and replace (bosch, walbro, sard ???) or can you do anything to salvage it, any help appreciated. ps whats a good price for a new one (only minor mods to car not big power)
  23. a few more pics at southport & spit.
  24. i'll be lurking (stealthing) about.
  25. not sure about m35's but c34's are only good for a family car while your kids are baby's, when they start to stretch there's no room in the back seat, all the room's behind the back seat for you & your mates golfclubs, there fantastic cars to drive (with all the xtra gimmicks & awd in most ) but i've found most guy's i know just can't help but throw money at them cause like all rb's they respond ok to a bit of a tweak. ps with the right mods and a brick under the go peddle you can get 500km to a tank.
