considering getting rid of my skyline r33 gtr vspec 280kw at all for wheels, has some minor problems nathing major. very nice car to drive. parents keep naging me to sell i spent 20k on it. how would be asking for 20k adjustment though.... let us know if your intrested. also has 19 inch low profiles looks very nice. black has done 170K

i love my car and really don't want to sell it. it has a lot of work done to it and when i bought it. the owner drove it pritty hard and when i bought it i have spent alot on repairs (i didn't take any chances). i am very pedantic about my car. and didn't leave nathing for granted. i basicall had the entire engin checked,i have changed the bearings(bigends) becaues it was recommended. the crank has been checked didn't need anywork. N1 waterpump. N1 oil pump. n1 replica turbo's. apexi bost controller. power fc +handcontroller+datalogit box(for tuning in laptop) veilside exhoust. 3inch to cat, high flow cat and 3.5inch cat back. (exhoust has is serial numbered) tomi cams and gears. aftermarket intercoller. intake hks. brass button cluch(custom) reconditioned Gearbox. catch can + extra work. 285 all wheel KW with dino papers. its a vspec. colour midnight black. the price i would like for it is 40000K is resonable. i really don't want to sell the car however i cant stop there i wont more mods, have a obsession. its awsom to drive has a lot of low end power. you can contact me on [email protected]. ph 0420277937 however send me a email as i work anywhere from 7am-10pm i live in Wollongong. i am goig to try and get the noise on a sound file so you can hear it. and know what i mean. its very noisey i am pritty sure its tapets. my mobile just picks up static so i am going to use my walkman to get the file. also ist not the injector an i could be the spark plugs but it just sounds to loud for that its not the cluch. mine is a nismo bras button so it makes a lot of noise but this noise is comming from the engine

there is a very small tapet noise comming from the engine its very anoying... the people i spoke to said that it needs thiker oil. the person that sold me the car said he uses 30-40 fully synthetic. i think he is full of shit and was hiding some problems the car had. 1. can you get 30-40 fully synthetic 2. isn't that way to thick(using 15-50 semi syntheic) 3. any ideas how to get rid of that noise people i spoke to said it has to make that noise its how it was set up, i don't think thats correct

forget that, there are two types of intercoolers one for looks and one for performance. the diffrence is in the core. the cheapest and best way is to keep everything standard. go to a turbo place i can recommend one in wollongong tel them what dims your intercoller is and just get the core replaced and keep the standard pipeing and everyhting else. also food for thought chrome intercoolers are shit, the best emitter of heat is a black body, so if your serious about your intercooler you need a black one. thats why the standard gtr intercoller is black

forget jastjap search ebay you can pick up a front pipe 3" for around 200 dollars delivered and the buy the dump pipes from jastjap for 400 or so total 600approx jast jap are selling the complete kit on ebay for 1000. save yourself some dollars. now i have been told you only need 3 inch to the cat then 3.5 inch after becaues after the gasses cool down they need the extra .5" room to flow, thats what i have been told. i am open to any other suggestions or ideas on this one...my thought was as gasses heat up they expand as they cool they become denser

i know this has been discussed before, but my enginee is making a tapping noise from idle to 4krev its always there i am currently looking at getting a screwdriver and listening to the diffrent parts of the engine. its either injectors or tappets.... could cleaning the injecters fix the problem if it is injector related..... i bought the car and it didn't make that much noise but now after the first oil change its always there and anoying... any ideas how to fix the problem

what mods have you done becaues i am chasing 400 all wheel kw, currently doing 241awkw i have power fc+controller avcr, currently trying to tune it high flow turbo. running 1bar 3.5inch catback exhoust+ 3inc high flow cat currently getting 3inch dump/front pipe the exhoust and cat has been added after the dyno after market avr intercoller, looking at a better intercoller

after installing a poineer sterio, i notices the the instrament cluster light doesn't come on.... the sterio had a iLL wire which it said to connect to my lighting system. however i didn't... now the worning lights work the gages work however the lighting on the cluster gages don't also the rear lights don't work when the lights are turned on.... the break lights work however.... need help tested all the fuses on the driver side couldn't find the problem... any suggestions..... p.s i also disconnected the sterio and still the same problem i thing its a fuse just don't know where or how to fix it
