I had Chris install my alarm... so look at it this way... he might know where I live... but I know where he lives.... I'd rather have my alarm installed properly the first time. If I lived in Sydney and that's who Chris recommended, then that's who I'd get my alarm installed by. -

In this case, it's generally not the insurance company paying, but the insurance coming suing the other party involved and acting as a legal go between. That's why most policies state the need to be able to identify the other party, so that they're able to recover their costs.

Location? Northside/Southside? I just got my car back from a place at geebung/virginia and they did a pretty decent job of it considering the damage. As it was an insurance job it was all new parts from Nissan (for a R34 mind you). The only problem was it took over a month for some of the parts to come from Nissan Japan. I'd say you have a pretty good case as well. People indicating right don't hit cars on the left hand side (who would be stupid enough to overtake a car indicating right on the right side) or try to turn right from the far left of the road (unless they're doing a u turn, in which case she'd still be at fault for not looking) Good luck!, get on top of it quickly

I followed a grey series 1 r33 to the gateway tolls. Sat beside a black r33 at the lights going onto the hornibrook bridge. (And missed the green light cause I was too busy checking it out) And spotted the white r34 with the nismo aero kit in redcliffe, who I seem to spot all the time

Oh, I realised that. Most mechanics that do it advertise it as a roadworthy check/certificate (RWC, at least the local ones here seem to), but what you get is called a safety certificate. It's been like that for a few years (along with the changes on selling a car registered with a SC etc)

Today is the day of the black R34 coupe's it seems. Saw another on my trip home through redcliffe, GTT XXXKAB (not zennon though, just similar plates). should add, also saw a dark coloured cefiro around the same time I first spotted the 34, just leaving the hornibrook bridge
