  2. Did the tuner have a fuel pressure gauge on the car whilst on the dyno, to check fuel pressure under load?

  6. Autroni SMC in my turbo L300 express van Adaptronic going in to my Starion drift car Autronic SM4 going in my RB30det gtr.
  7. I would recommend a good aftermarket (ATI) rb26 balancer if you want the thing to have a chance of staying together at those revs, the heavier dampner will do a better job of getting rid of harmonics fromm teh crank which is one of the suspected causes of oil pump failure.
  8. Thats a pic of them, checked part number with nengun, and it comes up as the S tune H suspension. The S-tune HA looks the same again, the only difference that i can find is that they are to suit an r32 gtr, wheras the H type suits an r33/34. Ill post up the part numbers tomorrow.
  9. Need to do a comp test. And the PCV hose doesnt go to the intake, its the hose with the valve that goes to the inlet manifold. Should also check the PCV valve is working.

  11. Has anyone looked into the remapping of an r23 ecu to change the charge dwell time. I would suspect that this is where many of you will come to tears when trying to get some serious power out of your cars, as you really need to double the recharge time to fully saturate these big coils. I believe that the ecu can be reconfigured to do this. Also i would not really recommend the use of the standard ignitor, as the current drawn by the bigger coils could most certainly burn them out, especially if the recharge time is increased. For my rb26/30, im planning on running 3 M&W waste spark coils($300) and a msd dis-4($300 s/h) Just need good leads, and ill have a setup that would blow splitfires to the weeds(thats why ive pulled them out)However im only using these coils because they were on a car that i bought, AU coils are more then up to it and would work almost as well, i would only be concerned about blowing the terminals off the coils with the almighty grunt of the CDI

  15. ^^^^agreed a remap will give you a good increase, not only in power, but fuel economy if done right(depends on driving)
  16. Thats basically what a highflow is. You have to machine the housing to make it fit, fit a bigger exhaust wheel, modify the exhaust housing and balance it, its a highflow
  17. Watch the smoke when it comes out in the morning, if it dissapates into nothing in 5m or so, its moisture, if it continues to come out and doesn't seem to "disappear", then its either valve stem seals(probably exhaust) or turbo.

Ive tried email, and looking up his "business" without any luck. Tried calling him a couple of times, but his service isnt hooked up.

  20. I just unplug the cas, as this immobilises the spark and the fuel in one go.

  22. the jjr r34 dump pipe isnt done yet, im waiting on one for a stagea. Any decent exhaust shop will sell the gasket Just need to see what sixe the front of the cat is, hopefully 3"
  23. Just letting you know that most rb20/25 dump pipes dont fit an r34 or stagea, because they foul on the bottom of the firewall. But they fit all the others fine
