  1. ONly r34 Neo's have rb26 rods
  2. No need to upgrade the AFM for 200rwkw
  3. From what i have seen, high stalls dont work well with dyno's, dynod many cars with them, and they never seem to make the power they should. I dynod an XD recently which made heaps of noise, and only 260 rwkw, but that night ran an 11? Does the car feel noticeably slower in the top end? 80kw should be very noticable in the seat of the pants dyno?Should make more power down low, as thats the torque multiplication doing its job.
  4. It doesn't look like anything big has gone through there, i would check the piping and cooler and replace the turbo with a slide highflow, they are cheap, and you end up with a better, new turbo.
  5. Dude i understand that you dont want to go through an rb20 vs rbeverythingelse, but ive been in a 260rwkw(350rwhp) rb20, and it was too laggy for the street, came on boost between 5-5500, in order to get the power you are eventually after, the conrods will not be close to reliable, what is the intended use of the car?
  6. you cant, need an afterarket ecu or a reprogrammed standard one
  7. or fit the injectors at the tuner
  8. yep, but you will want to fit a crank collar
  9. I retrofitted a late model(96-02)series 2 Z32 one to my series 1 Z32, afaik it was the same as a series 1 R33 one and was quite cheap(about $120 new from auto one) hence the retrofit as the original was $1000
  10. Not sure about the plugs, but all the 6 cyl nissan ones work the same, can also try a 300zx one
  11. You will have to cc your head, they vary due to valve height, casting differences and whether it has been milled before, remember to cc each chamber.
  12. Could one of them be from a VH41?
  13. Correct me if im wrong, but if a gtr at 3000rpm has 2 afm's at say 2.5v each, then putting one in the ic pipe will run about 3.5v, as it has all the air running through one 80mm hole instead of two. If you then bridge the wiring, it will think that both afm's are running 3.5v, hence doubling the fueling. If you ran a bigger afm(q45) at 3000 rpm it should only see about 3v, and then bridge it. Then trim the values, or adjust the injector % until it is about right and then tune from there.
  14. If anyone is interested, i can now get the manifolds originally posted in this section for $299 inc freight to sydney, fits r33 and r34, i need 10 minimum. Does anyone know if i will be liable for duty? People in #1 Adriano #2 The Mafia
  15. I tapped it and put an M8 grubscrew in it, then put a bit of araldite in it to make sure it sealed so the head didn't need to be milled
  16. This is definately a T45S, same turbo as my car, made 360rwkw at 1.5bar, they do came lowmount, bit its a tight fit, and i dont think they are bb?
  17. Which oil feed port? There isn't one thats the problem.
  18. What size are the injectors?
  19. I would have thought you would have to reduce it , as the afm would be flowing twice the air
  20. 100,000k's eh, did it just have a timing belt? Check the cam timing whilst your at it.
  21. My car has exactly the same seats the other way around from jap, how wierd
  22. Just get a turbo shop to swap it over and balance it, shouldnt be very xxx'y
  23. no, but you would think so from the midrange eh?
  24. I would say it is definately RWKW or AWKW, but wouldn't expect thet sort of midrange, however i dont really think its a real dynograph.
  25. Man i wish my missus would let me twin turbo the bar-b-que
