  5. 3.3 bar, obviously at this boost level the head is lifting causing the gasket to move/blow. Any gasket will blow if the head isnt secured. Is it blowing in the same spots? Does it blow if you turn the boost down?
  6. Dont need to pull the motor out to remove the sump.
  7. 12 psi is the pressure for testing the actuator. In the car, the exhaust manifold pressure is acting on the flap which opens it earlier
  8. Have you tried swapping the bearings around from the loose jornals to the tight ones?

  10. Arp head studs wuith a MLS head gasket, dont really think a recheck is necessary.
  11. Standard gtr intervooler is 65mm with 3.25 inch (80mm) piping, not sure what you are running?
  12. My guess is the dodgy adjustable pressure reg has a tear in the diaphram causing fuel pressure to go up the vacuum hose into the manifold-instant flooding
  13. How are you checking the timing, adjusting the cas has to adjust the timing.
  14. If you get flush pins, i would cut the big hole with a dremel and a sanding drum.
  15. I recently had one repaired by a company called industrial hardchroming in Sydney, They weld it, then chrome it and grind, recut the keyway, only cost about $200

  21. I wouldnt get one of the ebay/jj hose kits, they have dramas with going soft and leaking.
  22. There is a simple repair for the AFM's, its just a dry solder joint on the plug connection.
  23. Titanium Crush nuts are the business on an exhaust, never have trouble undoing them.
