  1. Did you do a before power run? I just supercharged and autronicd a landcruiser 4.5, went from 85rwkw to 150 @4-5psi
  2. Dont bother with the plenum, or the maniold, If you must put a stock rb25 ex manifold on, they flow over 300rwkw, and cost $50
  3. Were tou running excessive belt tension
  4. Maybe check your tps, it could be faulty causing clear flood on cranking
  5. Personally i think 2 litres overfilled is way too much, usually only gtr boys do it due to the extra g forces, and only by 1 litre, however it may have saved your engine. Im pretty sure to fit the rear oil drain you have to pull the head anyway, and to fit an oil pump, you have to pull the timing belt and sump. If it were me , i would use thicker oil only .5 litre overfill, and boot it once, check the catch can, if it is dry, then boot it twice and check again. There is a lot of debate ver the head drains, but i cant see them making anything worse. I would be pulling the head if the oil doesnt fix it, and doing the restrictors and the drain if you are inclined.
  6. For anyone still looking for one, i have one for sale, Sydney $1250 with handcontroller and map sensors.
  7. Is there someone in aus who can check teh stock levels in japan?
  8. Everyone said the gtx3071 would be 76 power with 71 response, i wouldnt be claiming anything until weve seen some on cars.
  9. Would it be the big washer that goes under the crank bolts on an auto flexplate? If so one off a vl should be fine and cheap.
  10. I would price it up through nissan first, but as the baron said, for a couple of grand you end up with a new setup. By the time you add up the labour to sort the loom and wire in the mfd there wouldnt be much in it.
  11. My theory is that you are better having a high limit with a n1, as you are less likely to hit it, which i believe is what kills them.
  12. Why not ask hypertune?
  13. What you need to know is what exhaust wheel dimensions the exhaust housing they sold you suit, if it is to suit a bigger wheel, then there is the problem.
  14. The booster needs to be hooked up as nissan intended, as the plenum doesnt have vacuum. Need to find a vac/ water hose diagram to figure what you can ditch and what needs to stay.
  15. Im assuming its the bsp/jic/npt end of the fittings that leak, as thread tape wont fix the an fittings, as its not the thread that seals. Sure earls may say not to use teflon tape, but they sell the liquid equivalent. It is actually better to use a sealant on tapered thread fittings, as they arent meant to be excessively tightenedor damage to the female union can result.
  16. Ive had 2 on a ca18, one was a .64 ex, and the other a .86, the .64 wasnt laggy at all surprisingly
  17. It will be the fact the 2876 has a cropped gt30 exhaust wheel, and the exhaust housing is to suit an uncropped wheel. MTQ should know better.
  18. TBH i would have a go at selling it first, they are a bolt on for sr and ca silvias
  19. As you said, you have the PCV removed, so it doesnt really compare to a stock setup
  20. The vct feed or return, i have a feed line with all the adapters for sale, PM me if interested
  21. Problem is you need to disassemble the bottom end to deck the block
  22. IMO tthe balance tube is inly really satisfactory if the PCV is blocked, or you are running 4d TPS/MAP mapping, as the operation of the pcv effects the vacuum
  23. Bargain, the headlights are worth that
  24. There are always a few on ebay
