  1. As said, did you block the vct oil feed in the head. If not there is your problem
  2. As im sure you are aware, it basically comes down to how well you can get the rear end to work, if you can get it to hook up, then the weight transfer will take over, and you will be home set, as long as the toe and camber can be controlled at maximum squat, and the gearchanges dont upset it too much. Good spring/shock matching are crucial in this area
  3. Unless its a track car, i would be leaning those out for sure
  4. If i remember correctly, one nipple goes to the map sensor, the other one goes to the wastegates
  5. As said above 324mm rotors really dont work with r33 calipers, as the curve of the caliper is wrong. Even after modifying the caliper(which is pretty dodgy), the pad still hangs off the edge of the rotor
  6. Are you running big njectors and AFM with the stock ecu?
  7. Dont worry, someone else said it
  8. "And wow 12inches cool."...
  9. "Power up mods wont really help as we 34's be skidding when 2 much power" Yeah i agree, dont waste your time with the 30/25
  10. Dont wind it up too high, the walbros loose heaps of flow when the pressure is wound up, they only flow 500hp worth of fuel at about 40 psi, give it 70 psi, and they flow about 350hp. TBH kkr turbos dont have a great rap in regards to power vs boost needed vs lag
  11. Curious as to why they dont encourage or allow helmets?
  12. Or put a walbro in, they are easy to fit, just get the smallest one they make.
  13. And even if thet did change at the same time, its meaningless now, its not like there arent any r33 gtr's getting around with r32 motors
  14. No micheal, they obviously back to back dyno pull different oils to see what makes the most power
  15. Yes they are different, thats why a 33 cooler doesnt go on a 32
  16. Tend to agree, a thicker headgasket will just mask a bad tune by preventing excessive timing causing detonation, however it will also decrease power all things being equal
  17. Watercooled gates, havent seen them before $$$$'y
  18. Im guessing even more than double the flow rate for 0-5 psi. I used a vl pump to fill jerry cans, and it fills 20l in about 2 min
  19. Having said that at your power level anything 3 inch is posing a restriction
  20. Think you need a 20 psi spring, unless the boost curve is helping those poor rear tyres, are you considering traction control?
  21. I think it may be an interesting test to see if the hardness of the front spokes have changed relative to the rears(or a new rim) easily tested non destructively. Maybe the heat of the brakes(which due to this only happening to the front wheels) has affected the heat treatment and made them brittle. Most cylinder head shops(NAS at thornleigh) have one for checking if heads have gone soft.
  22. Good thing, how much power are you after?
