  1. I also have a laptop with a serial port if you want to use it, i think it has the tuning software for your ecu on it too.
  2. Ive got a pcmcia card/serial adapter, does your laptop have a slot for it?
  3. CAn you slot the drivers side more to give oyu more room?
  4. Does the rb25 manifold have the mounting lugs for the rb26 rail?
  5. Sorry, just did the calcs, and the pistons only sit 1mm down in the block, 8.5:1 rb26 pistons will give a comp ratio of 7.4:1, quite a far cry from the 9:1 an rb25 runs. Hope you are planning on runing 30 psi
  6. Was`there anything wrong with the pistons that came out? As ash said, rb26 pistons are no stronger than rb25 pistons
  7. ABout 5:1 with 120 thou of squish
  8. Why are you yelling?
  9. Cant be done, pin height in the rb26 pistons is 2mm higher
  10. Are you going to increase the size of the return, my trucks turbo has a 22mm internal id return
  11. You could use a z32 ecu, they have a different timing map for 5th gear
  12. I would chuck it, the housing may be damaged as well
  13. Wouldn't it be easier to use a high mount tensioner
  14. Its the ring lands that will let go, usually on cylinder 6 or 5
  15. yep, easy fix would be to stage the second pump to come on arount 10 psi boost. The increased rail pressure reducing the pump flow combined with the fuel demand from the injectors will significantly reduce the flow through the reg
  16. M11, they must be rb25 studs?
  17. You could try a centre feed and end outlets running to the two inlets to the reg
  18. Dont forget you are giving it a lot more than 800 hp worth of fuel flow
  19. Its not uncommon for a turbo to not spin at idle
  20. I agree it seems the reg cant flow enought fuel
  21. Is the cost due to parts or fabrication to make it work?
  22. Easy enough to fit bigger dowels in the stock location. I wouldnt imagine there would be issued with a dohc head with the crush, but you could do a comparison on the crush. Maybe the sohc heads cant handle the pressure?
  23. I would use 1/2in studs, im pretty sure they fit the head without modification.
  24. Exactly, driving around on 15.5:1 will make plugs look like that, but be fine for cruising
  25. Do you have 2mm or 20mm extra height?
