Sorry, just did the calcs, and the pistons only sit 1mm down in the block, 8.5:1 rb26 pistons will give a comp ratio of 7.4:1, quite a far cry from the 9:1 an rb25 runs. Hope you are planning on runing 30 psi
yep, easy fix would be to stage the second pump to come on arount 10 psi boost. The increased rail pressure reducing the pump flow combined with the fuel demand from the injectors will significantly reduce the flow through the reg
Easy enough to fit bigger dowels in the stock location. I wouldnt imagine there would be issued with a dohc head with the crush, but you could do a comparison on the crush. Maybe the sohc heads cant handle the pressure?
