    Mid to high 300's would be as driveable as a low 400's 26. Other way round, a 400kw 30 will be more drivable than a 350kw 26

    How are you determining that you are running 17deg at full load, are you sure the base timing is correct?

    Damage off boost 10% ad that 10% is the truck behind you running up the back. Damage on boost wou be fairly unlikey, the fuel pressure drops so quickly that the cylinder temps dont have tme to skyrocket.
