my car has rb20det but in a 180 (was cool a couple of years back). It has a turbo pump. i was thinking the 040 but is this necessary or just a waste with 25t.

keen to find this out also as i hav one and hav been told it is both steel (alloy) and ceramic. i hav been told not to run it at more than about 12psi for a long life.

i hav a fmic already. will a straight rb25 turbo swap on a rb20 (no fuel system upgrade) cause the engine to lean out? if so, what about using an adjustable fuel pressure regulator?

i also have a r34 rb25 turbo to be put on my rb20. i have just a few queries before i get stuck in and do it. timd, what did you have to do to make the water and oil lines fit? also, what fuel system upgrades did you do? and where did you attach the vacuum line from the accuator to? any help is greatly appreciated.

i am installing a r34 gtt rb25 turbo on my rb20 and was wanting to know where to attach the vacuum line from the accuator to. my standard rb20 turbo line goes from the accuator to the compressor housing but the rb25 turbo had no outlet like this. i had a look at my mates 25 and he a much more complicated network of lines and was wondering if anyone who has done this kind of upgrade could help with where to run the vacuum lines. cheers

what about other things like injectors and fuel pump? do these need to be upgraded along with the turbo swap?

i hav a rb25 turbo from a r34 gtt that i am thinkin bout gettin rid of.

i'm putting an intercooler, turbo manifold and rb25NEO turbo on my rb20. i was just wondering what other upgrades in the way of fuel and engine management etc i will need with these upgrades.
