I've finally got my billet girdle finished! It has the adapter encorporated in it. This also means my 4wd adapter plates are good to go aswell

sif kill my bagging of the rb25 one a side note, my billet girdles are ready the one you see below is for the 4wd guys, it has the adapter encorporated in it. i can re-design it to make them for rwd rb30's, rwd rb26's & rwd rb20's. this also means my 4wd adapter plates are good to go aswell

Its finally done - Went down the coast this arvo to pick it up Im not real happy with the finish, as their 6 axis cnc broke this morning so they had to finish it off on the manual mill, but i needed it caus my mechanic friends' customer has been on his ass for weeks to get his engine built.

easy thing to do is set it to TDC before you start radiator needs to come out too. also make sure u replace both idler & tensioner bolts

check ur oil/water? i.e one thought is cracked block

the build is slowly progressing - next stage is to g-up michael to finish (start actually) on the chassis. and then ship all my intake parts (mani, bov, gate & tb) over to rips in kiwi land for some love (intake mani, all intak piping, cooler, all exhaust piping) soz maate, was refining some drawings possibly, with the hp, revs & gas itll see... yep - i dont have to worry about it blowing either!

ive never been off the 3l thing lol speaking of such, 3hrs of machining to go on my girdle, i hate weekends and public hollidays try installing ie6 - it dont like ie7 and the smart cookies of sau reduced the sizes of the sigs - genious'

softcock, rev it til it stops making power... how many rb30's have died from over revving? i havnt seen any minell be making power upto around 9000-9500, im confident itll be happy at them sort of revs
