u wont be able to get decent quality, because the movie dvd's are 6.7gb whereas u can only get ~4.7gb blank dvd's. first u need a image reading program, then u need a decompresser, then u need a burner. i use to have programs that could do it, and i could remove the extra sub titles and language options and burn the movie with a ~80% decompression rate
