  3. better call me as soon as u hear the result side note: rang michael this arvo, he was with the car getting it tuned, it'd already pulled 587bhp on 24psi, they hadnt even touched the cams yet or setup the boost controller lol. he also said it was making 20psi @ 4000rpm, and full boost by 4200rpm. all hail the rb30

  7. thanks for that harry well i've gone through all the CAMs regs and this is what i think i'll be going for. i've just gotta cross check it against the ANDRA book when i get home.

  13. car should start with no afm, it'll just run like a pig and stall etc etc lol it could be that ur battery isnt supplying enough juice have u checked to make sure theres fuel getting to the rail?

  16. cams dont allow for double hoops? also i cant allow for triangulation of the a pillar due to the car still being street registered (restriction of drivers sight blah blah blah) it'd be easy enough to add in the extra bar to make the x in the main hoop any others with ideas/advice dont be shy to let me know ur thoughts!

  19. dan, u have a 33 right? them lines in that pic are to suit a 32, so the length's wont be right for ur car (u need them longer) plus a few of the fittings would have to be changed

  23. below me so what is it u want to use from that setup he's selling? by the sounds of it u already have the stuff u need... dont buy speedflow or the like (i use Earl's) in aus, as its all waaaaay too expensive. i have bought all my gear from the states (summitracing.com) however i may have found a supplier up my way who can beat the us prices... i hope ur pockets are deep if u wanna play with braide here now problems i can see are 1) fuel rail bolt locations (rb25 side feed, rb26 top feed, rails have differing bolt locations on the plenums) 2) Injector driver in ecu/resister pack. (rb25 high impedence, rb26 low impedence, hence the resister pack on rb26's) 3) o-ring on 'bottom' of injector. the one that seats in the plenum. i've got a feeling theres some difference there too is said car going to sound like this?...   24. yeah i heard that too. well main reason i wanted to know the pipe specs, is so i can build the cage using the correct pipe to suit, but seeing as i'm going drag racing for now, when i'm over that i can get it 'approved' to the cam's specs, depends how many hurdles i gotta jump through my fabricator is going to love me if i decide to go with something like this...
