Hi All Time to upgrade my Bike. i am looking at either a GSXR or an R1 i have been riding a RS250 and they are a ball of fun but the 2 stroke bike is getting to jumping for me. the 04 R1 is opne of the best bikes i have ever riden, but i am looking at 2 ex demo 03 Bikes, now both bike ride very nice but 1 is 1000cc and the other is a 750cc. what do you guys think of these bikes?? i am tendning towards the R1 but i still want to get the right bike and i have only heard good things of the gsxr`s... Thanks guys

that kind of speed(the first thing) happens all the time in sydney. i have 2 friends that have been done 172KM in 90 zone and 155km in 80 zone and they were on red p`s without p plates on the car and with no manual licence(auto only) they got a $1700 fine but only lost the p`s for 5 months.....

and yes i know you were not at bobbin head i just was giving some input...

i live 2 km from bobbin head and love that drive.... i want to block it off and time trail throu there, i have seen sharks at apple tree bay.... they shut it off one day so ppl could get rid of them. they come into the small bay when they are sick or giving birth... it is nuts... anyway we should do a time trail throu that. cos there is only an entyry and exit. so if we could control that it would work a treat...

it has been done many times before so it can be done, but if i were yopu i would do alot more research into it before spending alot of money on parts and stuffing around... if you are going to go that far, maybe you should look at a RB30/26 as these can hold as much if not more power and it would be a 3Ltr. we have done 2 of these and god damn they fly... 1 in a Vl comm, and the other in a R33

you cant import them in the u.s for a few reasons, 1) wrong hand drive... 2)as the same as tt supra manuals they do not comply with eps standards(i think that only means the GTRs thou) could be wrong. 3) there is only 1 big place that does a swap with a left hand drive. but not because they are 2 quick. think about 5.0s and R33 gtrs, they are almost as quick. tt supras,10sec civics(i know that is not standard) but alot of cars are quicker than a R34...

so u have a SL55 but you cant get a pic of it cos the Plates are dirty and you need ppl to know you can beat a wrx. if my mummy had a SL55 i would have photos of it everywhere, and if my Brothers whifes taxi`s drivers dog walkers mate was doing a 308 swap i would a) slap him B) take photos of it so others would slap him there is no need to change names every 5 secs, and that is why ppl think you open your mouth and hot air comes out. if you mum says she likes the shape of the v35 it does not mean she is going to buy one. and if she had a SL55 and wanted a V35 instead then maybe you should have a word to her...

so let me get this straight, your mums sl55 has a plate "I8AWRX" and she put a 308 in your R34GTT but wont be finished until you are 21. mean time your taxi driver takes you to school in a v35 while you read your sisters mags?? does that sound right?? or is it the other way round??

go to a diff tuner.. p.m me and i will give you a number of a guy that would be at least 40% less then that. i think it is $150 an hour if i don`t remember, and that includes 3 hours of dyno work.

what do u think of that bar?? does anybody like it(without that paint) i was thinking of getting that bar with an red Skyline

i am doing the same thing... what you should do is find a colour that you like on another car. then get that because then if you need a front bar or a bonnet or somthing like that painted again they have the paint codes correct. i.e i am going one of the new ford turbo colours(no hints yet) so if i get hit or something like that i know the paint codes and they have the paint 100% matched already. my car was painted in red and the door was keyed. when they re-sprayed it they did not match the colour 100% so now it is a diff colour. anyway just some help.

i have run into the bad mosman cop......i have his name and cop badge. and i have 3 other people that have been attacked or abused by this same cop. we live in the area and every time he sees us on the road we get $$$ of fines... he targets our cars... one night he was in an undercover car and he overtook 6 other skylines(i was in a group of about 9) and pulled myself over. just for a rbt and a defect. i was not speeding i was not doing anything that would stick me out from the R33`s and R34`s. he is just a prick. ut he will have his day...
