anyone know where i can get my air conditioning system repaired? it currently only blows hot air on my feet, and if i want it cold i have to manually move the motor under the dash to get it to cold, but its stuck on feet for good. giving me the shits. I need to find sumone to repair it in melbourne, preferably sumone who knows about skylines and has worked on air con b4 thanx ps: ive taken it to an auto electrician and he wouldnt touch it cause it was a jap import

hi, im after 1 chrome anz matrix 18'' rim for a r33 skyline, i'd buy it brand new but stock is delayed for 3 months and i cant wait any longer. i took a chunk out of 1 of my rims, so if anyone knows if it can be fixed and to get it chromed to match the other 3 exactly, that will do also thanx

Sydneykid, i thought the safc 2 removes boost cut, thats what the guys that installed it said, i used to have a turbosmart fuel cut defender in it which is supposed to remove boost cut as well as fuel cut, they said i dont need it anymore as the safc 2 does the same job. are you sure the 1993 r33 series one gtst has boost cut??

well this problem only happens on high boost, ive already ahd new sparkys installed, regapped to 0.8mm but it didnt help. im running 0.85 bar (around 13 psi) of boost i looked at the air flow meter and it looks perfectly clean to me,

is it really worth getting one, evryones talking about it, is it the afm from a 300zx?? and how much do these things cost?? what sort of differences will i notice/will it make?? thanx ps: would a z32 afm help this problem: i took my car for a drive yesterday and i found that if i start from 0km/hr, and go through the gears racing style changing at like 6500 rpm it wont hiccup/jerk, drives perfect, but it does hiccup/jerk when i plant my foot for example in 2nd gear at low revs, it hasnt happened once in 1st gear. like yesterday i went around a corner in 2nd gear at low revs, then i floored it and it hiccuppued at 3000rpm, then 4000rpm, then i changed to 3rd and it hiccupped at around 4000rpm and again in 4th at around 4000 rpm. this is the best description i can give, any ideas, this is becoming a real serious problem??

i was told the safc 2 removed fuel cut? becos i had a fuel cut defender in there before i got the safc 2 and when i got the safc 2 installed he said i dont need the fuel cut defender anymor i'll take the car for a thrash and see if it does it in 1st or not... i was actually driving it pretty hard yesterday on high boost and it didnt do it once, seems to do it when ever it feels like it

i was told 1 bar of boost is too high for the stock turbo, im running a max of 0.85 bar

ive just changed the fuel filter so its not that, it was doing it before and after the change. i dont think it happens in 1st at all, but in 2nd and 3rd it does only when i put my foot to the floor on high boost. i think the heat range for my plugs are a 6, could b 7, cant remember

thanx for the replies. the safc 2 takes care of the boost cut, could be fuel pump, i did turn my boost down a bit, but no help, if i turn it down anymore there wont be any point boosting it i think the best bet is to get it redynoed but i thought there might be a simpler solution

i have the following mods: fmic, turbosmart dual stage boost controller, apexi s-afc 2, k and n pod filter. before i got the safc2 installed i tried boosting it too 12-13 psi and i was getting this hiccup in the engine when i put my foot to the floor, and i thought it would have to be the a/f ratios, so i decided to get the safc 2 as the power fc was way out of my budget, for $900 i got the safc 2, had it installed and dynoed. as it was being dynoed on high boost of just under 13 psi it was doing that hiccup thing again, and eventually the guy must have tuned them out cos it wasnt doing it anymore. so i was happy. took the car home and for a few days it was fine, but then it started doing the hiccup thing again, not as often as before but still there and very embarassing when wanting to drag sumone, the whole car would shudder for a second or 2, and keep going, it would literally jerk. does anyone have any idea what this could be and how to fix it??? sumone said that the boost level was too high and was blowing out the spark in the plugs, so i bought new ones, ngk platinums and regapped them to 0.8 mm, but no improvement, the only way to avoid it is by using a maximum of 75% throttle. any help would be appreciated...

rev, ive got a safc 2 as well, do u tune it at all without putting it on a dyno??? i dont wanna muck around with it in case i stuff it up. do u know how to adjust it?? the instructions are all in jap

sorry 0.85 bar. thanx for the replies, i know i'll do the injectors eventually, but getting a gtr fuel pump for now wouldnt hurt would it??? how much is this guy selling the bosch 044 pumps for???

hig guys, need your help once mor, ive just gotten my apexi s-afc 2 put in and i got 177 rwkw witht the following mods: 3" exhaust from the turbo fmic (600 by 300 by 76mm) turbosmart dual stage boost controller all this with the stock turbo... im running 0.65 bar of boost on high, just under 13 psi i think, i thought i could get more boost out of the stock turbo but the guy that dun the dyno said dont push it, so we left it at 13 psi. anyway, car runs pretty good. my mate wants to sell me his fuel pump out of his gtr for $200. worth getting??? i mean, i reckon $200 for the pump is pretty cheap, considering the bosch 044 is $400, and if i cant use the pump now i can always put it in later, after i get a bigger turbo. but my question is if i do put the pump in will i notice any difference in power?? it'll probably drink more but that doesnt bother me as long as theres some sorta power increase. looking forward to ur replies, thanx
