That'd be good. Friday or saturday night 8-11pm-ish sounds the best for people. I reckon we should make this a warm-up/get to know ppl game before the real domination of NS The only way it's going to work is if everyone actually turns up though lol. Looks like it's had some pretty drastic revisions since I saw the last concept. Gotta say I'm liking the new look though, seems more true to its roots (closer resembles the R34) now and less of a 'next gen' concept. That and the fact that it's packing a pair of snails now Hmm now to secure that high paying job lol...

I agree with Rezz that there should be some element of 'Aussie-ness' to it. That said, no.6 is definately the most professional and the colour combo will probably best suit the SAU layout imho. Hope it wins!

I'd have to agree with NJR about the SLI. It's pointless going for it because new technology is released for each vid card revision ie Pixel Shader 3.0, DirectX10 [soon] etc so you may as well go the best single card you can. If you take a look around overclockers.com for reviews you'll see that a single 7800GTX beats two 6800Ultras so the cost difference doesn't justify buying two. Also with the dual core, it really depends if your new comp is intended to be gaming specific. Dual core has shown promising results for video editing etc but again as NJR said, current games haven't generally taken advantage of the multiple cores. Reviews suggest that an X2 4800+ will out perform an FX55+ but as you're looking at the lower models you're probably better off going a single core [4000+] Personally I'd try to stretch my budget for an X2 4200 or 4400+ though. Sorry for all the rambling lol hope you end up with a beasty pc - Come play css sometime!

Just to clarify...YES it is illegal lol All you really need to do is think about it logically..apart from the obvious revenue raising advantage, radar detectors are designed to reduce speeding related accidents. Why would they condone such a blatant form of abuse? [sorry was the lawyer in me talking ] Apparently cops even have radar detector detectors so watch out or loose it in the first place :lol:

Hey R32 I'd say somewhere in the middle is about right...yes you can get them for 10k if you import yourself or search hard enough but I reckon 13-15 is a little more accurate - especially seeing as though you can get an R33 for 15k+ Hope this helps
