What range of tyre measurements can I use to fit tyres-on a 2002 M35 Stagea AXIS AUTECH without any modifications or without scrubbing. The current tyres are 225 45 18 What specs do most people run on 18 inch rims Just as an example would 225 50 18 be suitable when doing research as to what to fit. The current availability of tyres with the original tyres is pretty limited

Potenza adrenalin gave 25000k and Michellen pilot 14,000k on a skyline GTS 15 215 60 . I would prefer something else with great breaking with some decent mileage. Suggestions and reasons why? maybre the responses will be the same even though different tyre sizes? Thanks

I had a similar problem on a different car and in my case it was just a failed voltage regulator. i just throw that into the mix until you get an informed response.

Stagea M35 2002 on low profile tyres? How does this car handle on low profile tyres compared to a normal tyre ie 225 18inch. Are there subtle or significant differences I overheard a tyrepower manager saying if you get a flat while driving a low profile tyre it will be ruined and useless by the time you discover you have a flat.Didn't hear the rest of the conversation. My priority is safety,handling and braking rather than burning rubber and horsepower.

Hi rob, If I understand it correctly I need a sim card and then prepaid sim card to recharge each year. How much would this yearly cost be. I don't have a mobile phone and don't understand this mobile ph market .Do I need a mobile ph to recive info or can I just use a web based interface. There is also the ability to have this connected directly to the car battery for US$50 I later found out.

My colleague in Japan had his Honda Gold wing stolen. The second time it happened within a month it was chained to a fence . When he came back the fence and the bike were gone.He now has a GPS tracker hidden on his 3rd bike. I will have a 2002 Stagea and need some way to locate the vehicle. What economical GPS hardware tracking options do I have in Australia currently. I have reviewed several threads but they maybe out of date given the pace technology is moving at, in this field. What units and or services rate poorly? Is there a better solution than this ,or chaining my car to a fence!!!!

Is there a reasonably priced competent mechanic in Brisbane near Indooroopilly to work on a Stagea 2002 and 1996 GTS skyline. I would prefer to not go to the local Nissan dealer because of poor quality,high prices and suspect work( work charged for but not done) in the past. Also I require an oil by pass filter to be installed this week only. Suggestions welcome. Thanks

will these fit a M35 2002 model. Do they just clip on or require alot more than that

Looking at buying over the Internet a 2001 M35 arx with no roof racks. how do I install the two bars that run longitudinally on the roof that some models seem to have. Is it a quick easy job? Are these bars expensive or difficult to source ( eg a wrecker) thanks

I am tossing up between importing into OZ ,from a Japanese auction, a cheaper Stagea CS 34 and a more expensive Stagea M35. I have not driven or physically seen one and am not able to in my location. How much different are these 2 in specs and performance ? eg the last version of CS34 and the first year of the M35 Which model gives better value for money ? Are both easy to get parts locally? Does one have a better re-sale value over another? Do either have xenon lights? I was inclined to go with the CS34 as it is seems to be a GTS turbo in a wagon as it will be much cheaper . At the moment I am very much uneducated when tying to compare both cars

How do Toyo teo plus compare with the Bridgstone Adrenalin POTENZA on 205 -60- 15. I cant get much information on Toyo, but what I have got has been pretty positive. i have used the Adrenalin and got between 30k to 40k for a set of 4. My priority is now changing to having more mileage out of a tyre but with great breaking still a priority ( I guess thats an oxymoron) Currently have Teoplus on the rear and Michelin Preceda on the front and not happy with the Preceda because of rapid wear rate and handling ( sedate driving and almost worn and only 14000km done. Steering set up was fine) thts

Thanks tiberis There will be a T piece to connect a hose and the oil switch. I havent seen this yet. The bypass filter will be located up near the rhs front of the car, near the front springs How small a hole do you think it is? You now have me thinking and a little concerned. The bypass filter is only designed to clean 10 % of the oil down to 1 micron. Given your comments I can get an adapter plate to put on the existing oil filter location but it will be an extra $50. Any idea of thread type of a standard oil filter for my skyline?

Where is the oil pressure switch on the engine block in a 1996 gts 4 door non turbo skyline? I am thinking of adding an oil bypass filter. Comments? thanks

Skyline GTS non turbo 4 door ENGINE R33 RB25DET Where is the oil pressure switch location on the engine block? I wan to fit a 1/8" gas tee to pick up oil from the oil pressure switch for an Oil by pass filter. I am not sure if there Is enough room, wherever this location is. It may be near the oil filter I don't have the oil by pass filter yet but space is a concern.Has anyone used this or placed it in the engine compartment successfully. Thanks in advance

Does a personal import also require meeting ADR standards or can I just drive it once its registered
