If you are referring to the BMI R32GTR special where the 32 gets hammered around the nurburgring then that car goes way off the scale on a 260kph speedo on that long straight

Pulling the fuse turns of the attessa computer, dont see why you would want to drain the fluid though. -
Thats an awsome price for that gear especialy considering that oil is almost $100 on its own.

Removing the front drive shaft wont damage anything -
No probs, no I don’t use one yet but I do intend to once the engine is all sorted in the gtr. I have noticed that a lot of jap cars seem to use them for all sorts of mischief. The gears in the kit are supposedly rated to 1200HP but because it uses standard sincros OSGiken don’t recommend using it for over 800hp

The 5 spd GTR gearset ratios are: 1st 2.695 2nd 1.703 3rd 1.236 4th 1.000 5th 0.826 Hope that helps

Who want's to go and horrify themselves with a price for a KPGC10 GTR? That should give you an idea as to where the price of a good 32GTR will be given the same timeframe. Plus the 32 has a much richer racing history then the GTR's of old

Pulling the fuse will only work properly on 32 GTR's as their 4wd clutch pack is not preloaded like the 33 and 34 GTR's so their is no wear or stress on the system -
Interesting to see standard coil packs on a car of this calibre

I would think that the mass of the turbo blades on such large turbos would be the main factor of their response and not so much what bearings they use

You cant go wrong with Greenline, they have always inverted the box of the parts for me so you don’t see any brand names on the outside, or sometimes they just use a random blank box.

Vista needs pixel shaders 2.0 not 3.0 to run aero. So far from what I have heard and seen is that it is fairly unstable and can randomly crash. Also from talking to other distributors, it has a lot of compatibility issues with current games and other programs. It does seem to be more optimized for the core 2 CPU’s. Myself and most other onsite tech's in Perth seem to all agree on waiting for at leas SP1 before jumping to vista

Have a look at the pick of everything you get on greenlines website. It even includes all turbo gaskets and manifold gaskets and should only set you back a bit over 500 for the whole thing

Get a nismo engine overhaul gasket set. comes with a 1.2mm metal gasket with 87mm bore to suit your 86.5mm pistons and all other gaskets you will need as well as valve stem seals all copper washers and sealant. Got mine from greenline.com

I got one (709D) but yet to install it as engine is apart. I intend to use it with a nismo big operating cylinder. I have noticed that all of Top Secret's cars use ORC clutches so cant be to bad

I’ve been told by a few workshops to use king race bearings as they are bi metal which is suppose to be better then the tri metal

Hey, I'm looking to get the head from my 32 GTR reconditioned sometime soon and was wondering where a good place to get it done would be. I just need it rebuilt to stock and install the JUN bronze valve guides that I already have (they are direct replacements I believe) I also already have the valve stem seals as they came with the nismo gasket kit. What would I be expecting to pay for this kind of work ? Any help appreciated Cheers
