Hey everyone, For a few months my window has been making these chronic clunking noises when i goto close it. It only happens when its about 1 inch away from the top (of closing). The only way to get it to the top is to grab onto it when its going up and assist it by giving it a help with lifting. I had the door panel off yesterday trying to diagnose the problem but couldnt figure it out. Surely someone has some advice? Thanks, George

That picture is old, that pump is long gone. Someone just replied to me on SDU saying that they removed the same bar i did and they dont have any problems closing theyre bonnet....I had to cut next to my headlight the same as the red r30 to get the top intercooler pipe in place, maybe i've done soemthing bad

I had to remove my bonnet support bar to fit my intercooler. Now the bonnet it really hard to close because the latch it locks into isnt being held straight and steady. Its a mission to close the bonnet, its impossible to do with the grill on. What do I do? The intercooler protrudes about 2 inches past the middle (where the factory bracket is). Do I just mount it next to the intercooler with a bar on the top support arm and onto the bottom of the front kit somewhere? Does anyone have a R30 Manual Pedal box they will part with? I cant find one and its all i need to do the conversion from auto.

I connected it to the mounting bolt on the alternator and my distributor has a ground plug that wasnt even plugged into anything so I mounted it there.

I had to take my Volt stabilizer out when I was doing some work on my motor and I havnt put it back in yet. My lights are dim and my audio has alot of clicking feedback. As soon as I put it back on the audio sounded way better and my lights were alot brighter.

Thats why u keep ur car standard externally, but then have a 300hp motor like mine

it was the starter ground, it fell off.... all good now!

I jsut went for a drive in my car (its running awesome!!). I stopped outside my garage just to check that everything under the bonnet was ok. And it was. I went to start the car again to put it in the garage and it wouldnt turn over. I hear the fuel pump prime, the dash lights come on and i can hear single click at the starter. But it wont turn over!! Whats going on here? Someone please help i gotta get it away.

man the radiator shops said that to me too. i ended up paying NZD$650 for a radiator to be made. It has a metal top tank and plastic bottom tank...

ahrm. I must say something about your comment here. I dont know what you think a HR30 is. but they still have all the extras apart from the FJ20 and Larger brakes. My KHR30JATI LE has Full Electrics (Windows, Mirrors, Turbo timer- from the factory, electronic damper control, ac etc.) And a r200lsd from factory. Just clearing that up for you rsx84 :lol:

When i had a sedan and coupe. The boot on the coupe was longer than the sedan im sure.

The intercooler piping doesnt have a fitting for this hose like the factory j pipe does. What do I do with it? Bolt in end of hose with hose clamp round it?
