  1. yeah electric buffs it better, have tried with hands and you got to rub it hard and for awhile. sanding is required as it takes of the yellow/dirt coat, without sanding, buffing it will just be another layer added ontop
  2. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Re...Pi-t325267.html there you go
  3. Had a day off work so thought I'd do a D.I.Y about restoring the headlights, here it goes: 1.) This is how the headlights looked first, dirty and rough and starting to turn into piss coloured lights. 2.) Grab some fine waterproof sand paper (I used 2500 and 1500) 3.) Splash some water on the headlights then wet the sand paper and start sanding. (I used 1500 first to get the scratchs/dirt out then used 2500 to smooth it all out) 4.) After sanding the whole head light, rinse it with water so all the dirt comes off then dry it. (Should look like this) 5.) For myself I've used ScratchX for couple years now and works a treat but there are other products out there you can use. Put the ScratchX (Product) onto the headlights and rub it around. 6.) Get a buffer (I used the one you plug into the electric screwdriver) and start buffing the lights. 7.) End result? Smooth and silky, no dirt and colour has been brought back to life. 8.) Repeat the steps for the other headlight. And for 3 series BMW's like my daily, its pretty much just unclip the headlight plastic clear cover, go to the sink and wash it inside out and dry it then clip back in. Cheers John
  4. It was a van club or something, video was on the news..
  5. wgmg, constantly getting pulled over by the police and car searched, worst is when I'm late to meeting/even or when I have a girl in the car. and out of all the cars that went through the booze bus stop, they wave me in and tell me to get out for a drug test. on a good note, Told them I'm not gonna mount my car on the kerb and they let me park on the road
  6. um...WHAT?
  7. +1 to hating drivers who pull out like that. on another note, police car wheels locks up, wheels squeel, isn't that the same as handbraking? so cop car should get done for hooning?? lol
  8. Des from AutoFX, done a couple of my cars, price was $100 - $120 for the both rears depending on what car you have. Not a single crack or chip in the paint, does it by hammer if needed at the same price too, top work.
  9. For brakes, I recommend Clint (monga) without a doubt

  12. Sorry about the late reply, I am hardly on the forums now due to selling my skylines awhile ago.. but to your question, you could take the cover off (Plastic surrounds around the front wheel) there's only couple plastic screws holding it in, 2 on the bottom and 2 in the guards from memory, as soon as you take that off getting to that middle screw will be and ease and you wont have to squeeze in, this takes longer to take off the front bumper and more things to put back on.
  13. Nistune works cause it works around the stock ecu, go ask hyperdrive or allstars, lets see what they say
  14. you cant add a boost controller into a R34 (rb25det Neo) without changing the computer. The stock computer doesnt allow it as I was told ages ago from some workshops. Well you can add one in but it wont do shit, wont adjust boost levels like what yours is doing now...so new computer it is
