  2. Jack's Ferrari Track Day Footage Google Link Jack's Ferrari Track Day Footage 170mb divx file Regards Andrew
  3. Nice one. We are expecting our 2nd in January. Do what I did, go the poverty pack R32 - and transfer the bits over. You'll save yourself $50k!! Kids are the coolest thing - well done mate. Regards Andrew
  4. What happened?
  5. Hay shed at P.I. is a 180+ right hander in a car with good rear end grip. I have a 1994 R32 with a stock bottom end. So far 7 events with oil filled to the top of the dipstick "hump" with Castrol Edge 10W60, so good. Have had 3 20 minute sessions at P.I. with no issues. That said, when the engine comes apart for a refresh - every manner of oil control issue will be addressed. Regards Andrew
  6. A big "Well Done" to Aaron and the Stig for their first and second placing in the Skyline class over at my stomping ground at the WRX Club. http://www.wrx.com.au/2006ladder.html While Ben waives the wand, you still have to put them 'round the track. I'll be looking for a tow around the track next year as well boys. Andrew
  7. I second Snowy here, Nathan at Advantage is the guy to see. Really knows his stuff. Regards Andrew
  8. bbwwwhahaha 500+ horsepower will do that!!! hahahaha haha ha ....what's Ben's phone number again I'm feeling somewhat inferior in the power stakes
  9. I can host it if you get desparate (I love ADSL 2+ ). Jack, leave tape/s at ben's and I will convert it etc. when I pick my car up after some much needed clutch surgery (ps. Xtreme clutches are crap). Cheers Andrew
  10. Do you run a power FC? If yes, then this is the ECU registering an engine knock - it uses the exhaust temp light to warn you as R32 GT-R's don't have an engine warning light like R33's and R34's. If it's having a ping, then get the tune checked or say bye bye to a big end bearing and hello to Mr. Rebuild. Regards Andrew
  11. New Calder time = 1.05.37
  12. Yes, it's amazing how digging a wheel into the sand at turn 1 at Sandown can flip a car over. Still, if you can't can't afford to bin it, you can't afford to race it!!! Regards Andrew
  13. No worries, I'll make sure we are in the same group next time.....I know people Cheers Andrew
  14. Good work all. Archie, - obviously that big single was working well! My clutch/master cylinder seems to have given up on the 3 flying lap of the day - so Ben will be getting more business next week - Jack and me! I hope it's not a gearbox as R32 boxes are not exactly thick on the ground. Looks like it could be the battle of the '32s now! Regards Andrew
  15. I'm there, and I'm going to the PIARC day on the 18th of November as well. It's a 1.49 or the ocean!! Regards Andrew
  16. Hi, I have 355*32 6 piston fronts and 343*28 2 piston rears - when you throw on braided lines and decent race pads it's a $6k proposition. It's a lot of coin but I prefer to have shmicko brakes and suspension rather than a million horespower. I bought these from Hyper-Tech here in Melbourne. They can be contacted on (03) 9873-0133. The AP's are exactly the same apart from the bridge design. The AP's have 2 bolts that rest on top of the pads where the CSC's have a 4 bolt plate. Regards Andrew
  17. The CSC kit I have will not fit 365mm rotors under R34 GTR rims. I run 355mm rotors also. You just hit the inside of the rim with the caliper on 365mm rotors. These are AP5555 copies so if the genuine AP caliper is slightly shallower they may squeeze in (??Giant - you there??). Regards Andrew
  18. bbbbwwwwhahahaha
  19. Methanol boys, you don't need one.....
  20. hehe, I've just been to PI - that was my fix.... It will be funny seeing you blokes wave good bye to the fazza's on the front straight...
  21. Good work. If the WRX event wasn't so close I would have ran. I'm looking to get into the 4's and match my old STi time. See you out there. Regards Andrew
  22. Aaron, Who's going to be out there? Gt-R and WRX wise - I'll come out and have a look. Regards Andrew
  23. I know all about this car. It hasn't been on a track for at least 2 years. It was doing flat 20's with the owner at the wheel (who shall remain nameless). He used to frequent Vic WRX Club sprint days. It's an Eric S car alright - some serious coin in it - the gearbox alone would be worth $20k. meh, if only this had been for sale a year ago..... Regards Andrew
  24. Try AVO in Cheltenham, Melbourne. They always have them. Regards Andrew
  25. No idea - M Spec maybe....
