  1. What the hell is that annoying orange light on the dash? Regards Andrew
  2. I'll say. bwwwhahahaha Did you even get any indication of what caused your spin?. I couldn't believe I was facing the wrong direction, at such low speed and minimal throttle? I'll be storing that one up for next time Regards Andrew
  3. That's great, I don't know what my car sounds like from the outside Yeah, I'm usually off trying to impress people about how little I know about car control. The hand brake is the same as factory. The Rotor Hat is steel and contains the factory bits and pieces. Regards Andrew
  4. Yes, no issues - just a 180 spin and a duck to the infield to avoid another spinning R34 GT-R It got very greasy in that supersprint after some rain - 2 others behind me spun in sympathy I have at least another second I can take out of the lap time according to my best theoretical lap from my data. Just need bigger balls. Regards Andrew ps. Would love get any video footage from any of the flaggies if they had any...
  5. Sandown Time Updated 11/6/06
  6. BBBWWWHAHAHAHA. I'll pass that on to some of the errm, bigger less articulate blokes for a reponse
  7. Ok, you have the cool toys Good to see they actually work after a lap or two. The guys here in the Vic WRX club were having issues and went back to the Blues. It seems the blues are getting harder to come by in the AP 6 pot pattern as well... Regards Andrew
  8. That is the current set up on the GT-R. I also used Hawk blues on the Sti with some race brake comp 9's on the back. Regards Andrew
  9. The HT-10's and 14's will not get to temp quick enough from my experience. A good set up is Hawk Blues (9012 compound) for the front and Hawk HPS for the back. Alternative for the front are Ferodo DS3000's, they are nearly as good as the Blues however don't last as long. Regards Andrew
  10. Yep, that's me. I have the 355mm fronts and 343 rears. The only reason Harrop's etc are better is because the rotor life is longer. But the rotors themselves are twice the price. Value for money you cannot go past them. Regards Andrew
  11. it's not valid

  13. Any USB to Serial adapter will work - don't believe what you are hearing. Any Windows XP laptop will work with this combination. I used one for 3 years without a hassle - with the older clunkier SMC 1.99 software. They will cost you b/w $60-$80 though. Chicken feed against the price of a SM4. Great choice of ECU by the way. Regards Andrew
  14. BBBBWWWHAHAHHAHAAA
  15. Brave man indeed. When I bought my car that's first thing people were telling me to ditch. Well done on the 1.22.32. Regards Andrew
  16. What a turn up for the books that would be. That time is an error. We go through and validate the timing list and will correct anything that looks out of the norm based on Racetime's data. And Chris, your thing accelerates quite well for standard turbo's. I assume they have steel wheels, hehe. You blew past my 32 up the back straight. It's taking me a while to get used to these GT-R things. Regards Andrew
  17. It's a May 1990 build by the looks. I have no idea on the colour codes. Regards Andrew
  18. Thanks dude, I'll go down to Oil World in Moorabbin here in Melbourne and get some - I get my Redline Gearbox oil from there. Regards Andrew
