  1. i've got a kaaz 2 way in mine and it didn't bother me at all. It's a personal thing some people like me say it's fine other don't like it
  2. Should be able to get away with a 225/40 tyre all round
  3. 18x9-1 215/40 18x10+18 235/40 rears flared because running 0 camber fronts rolled and inner guards taken out

  6. how bad did the front lip get damaged more pics? price?
  7. you can probably get away with 235/40, alot of people find 225 too much of a stretch! lowering can be done several ways but my opinion is to get height adjustable coilovers that way if you havce the flexibility to adjust the height whenever you want, unless you already have coilovers in the car? don't forget you'll need to get your guards rolled once you lower the car
  8. this is lipping the guards, basically they use the guard roller to push the lip towards the guard for more clearance. They also use a heat gun to heat the paint up to reduce the chance of the paint flaking but can't be guranteed. Generally costs between 50-100 dollars per corner. If you are in sydney i can recommend someone to you. In regards the tyre size. a 255/40/18 tyre has a sidewall height of 4.01 inches while a 225/40/18 has a sidewall height of 3.54 inches. So once you change tyre size on the front you'll have more clearance obviously since the sidewall is smaller. What i mean by low is the overall height of the vehicle. Not sure if this is a good example but i'll take my car you'll notice the fronts look like they stick out alot cause of the height of the car this is exactly the same rims on the front except the car is now lower Do you have any photos of your car and the rims on it?
  9. ^^^^ probably could get away with 235/40 tyres front and rear. lipped rear guards and a little camber. Front should be ok could go a 225/40 to be extra safe you probably have problems at full lock depending on your height but running those sort of offsets you would need to run low to make it look good or as you said looks like a tractor. If you tuck tyre at the front you will have problems hitting the inner guards and the back firewall where the loom is running back into the car. I had to remove the rubber grommet and bash the firewall in so i don't scrub at full lock I run 18x10+10 with 225/40 on the front
  10. blaq's leading the viva garage lip and 4 door foggie phase! i want your ganadors!
  11. Felt like doing a timeline of my car after seeing granthem's post Car when i bought it Eventually scraped walls and stitched it up Changed Stitching Pattern and Rattle canned the scrap so it looked cleaner Smashed it into a tyre stack at Wakefield Drift Day, borrowed a drill and repaired it between sessions Solve the puzzle Good as new with about 50 cable ties later Thought the front bar would attract too much unwanted attention so got a full kit for 200 bucks and came with this trust front bar Got defected so went for a more stock looking car Got sick of people saying red front bar looks dodgy and also saw old pictures of my car So painted the front bar white and also got a lip Wanted a cleaner look so painted the front lip
  12. i was going to ask the same question as i've bought a pair of rims for the rear of my car which is very similar styling to the vs-kf. Heres some pics of a car which i found with vs-kfs

  14. So i've lowered my car and also running 10" wide in the front and i want to make it work. I'll be bashing the inner guards where its rubbings but the biggest problem is the wiring loom where it enters the cabin. What have people with low r33s done? I don't really want to cut and extend all the wires in the wiring loom. Is it possible to unplug the wiring loom? Thanks for the help people
