for the 250wkw mark you will need to do a turbo upgrade aswell as injectors/ecu (or a remap of standard) Have a look under the forced induction sub section on here there is a whole thread on RB25 stuff which will help you and as for a front mount there is an abundance of places to buy them of the net or a local workshop link to the FI thread here http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/55845-rb25-turbo-upgrade-all-dyno-results/ I havent been in WA for 7years now so im not sure who is still around tho all my work used to be done by hyperdrive (my car was well in excess of the 500whp mark back then) but they are great people and will be able to sus everything you need. I would suggest dropping into the WA section aswell and seeing who is around these days in WA for your performance work/dyno etc

welcome to the forum mate to answer your questions i guess it depends on what you want to achieve with the car in general. From what you have said im assuming you dont have a front mount so that would be a good cheap start. Also im assuming the zorst is a cat back so can add front/dump to the equation for some cheap power increases. as for the fuel pump that isnt really going to improve power thus fuel pressure and ensure you have to the fuel in the rail for the car to use. From there you start spending money on things like injectors/turbos/cams/cam gears/ECU and the list goes on

Saying that on 420hp already you could easily throw another 10psi into that motor and make plenty on pump gas as it is

the bold section is somewhat true however the rep range that you are working to is off for maintaining as you are still working to the magic HYPERTROPHY side of muscle growth (sub 12reps) not to mention doesnt include enough cardio based HR so not exactly getting a 100% from the workout designed. super setting and low weight higher reps is idealy where you would like to be for this instance in the perfect world
