  1. i run pentrite with E85 as does everyone i know when they are running E85. Seems to be the oil of choice and doesnt seem to break down as quick as some of the others under these conditions.. if you do some searching on the net you will find that ALOT of people say the same thing so thats a winner IMO
  2. i can see why! can i take it for a spin next month when im up? dont like the wing much either but thats my opinion! overall tho nicky boy coming along nicely
  3. nice chromies!! ELL OHH ELL
  4. i made about 220wkw on rb20 with the same turbo tho it ran out off steam aswell....your not going to get anymore out of that its too small! ive also maxed a TD06 at 270wkw @ 17psi. Pumped 20psi into and picked up 50wkw in the mid range instantly but lost 2kw top end due to the turbo just not being able to flow up top exactly what is happening here
  5. lol lazy a*ss 5x5 is the way for strength and is almost doubling the total weight that you are lifting...if you are a complete beginner then maybe start with 3x5 and work your way up
  6. just found these guys and they are suppose to be good aswell http://importevolution.com/ come in at $100 cheaper than real....the plot thickens :S
  7. coming in over 1k? they quote me about $150 for postage which blows
  8. guys where are we all getting our PTE's from nowadays? looking for prices on 6266
  9. No not alot of reps! stick to 8 - 12 as that is the sweet spot for hypertrophy or size gaining but make sure you eat
  10. if you want to get technical it would only 14.7 if at sea level
  11. as above.. used for emissions system
  12. no 3x8 isnt progressive at all.....i ment if your setting 3x8 @ 100k thats where you would start off so say if you are doing sets of 8 @ 100kg (max) then you would start at a precentage of that or even at max and do progressive increase so start @ 1x 100kg add 2.5kg or 5kg or 10kg and continue with 1 rep. Obviously form is cruical here to increase 1RM and continue till failure so would be like this 1x100 1x110 1x120 1x130 1x135 1x140 1x142.5 (so max 1RM) 1x145 but fail Then next week you would say start at 130kg and do it all over again ==== 8 - 12 reps would would be heading into hypertrophy (building size) tho you would want to do 4sets 7x2 is also again different to both the above which is why it really depends on what you want to achieve
  13. not warmup sets its progressive sets but it depends on what your goals are when it comes to deadlifts to whether or not you would go that way.
  14. i agree! EA falcons are sh*t
  15. depends on if you are talking 1RM or reping sets and even then you can do sets of 1RM starting at 100% like below 1RM 3sets of 8 - 12 say 100kg 1 x 110kg 1x120kg 1x130kg and so forth increasing until failure to see what your 1RM is. obviously you get tired but then you would start at say 80% of that 1RM next week as for 7x2 i ment max weight that you could do for 7 sets would prob be 130kg instead of a 100kg for 3 sets of 8-12
  16. where is the horry story? glad u got it before all got to bad tho.
  17. This 7(sets)x2(reps) is ideal for deadlifts using max weight
  18. need to take the hubs off to remove the dust covers....further to that if you dont want to remove you can fold the out lip up to flatten it out

  21. 12psi would be fine with stock turbo....try not to get to much heat into the ceramic turbo coz thats when they go let an exhaust wheel go
