Hi Guys, We have to apologise on this end for the things that have been stuffing up of late. Simon our Australian agent is in hospital after suffering a severe stroke in a freak accident on a football field about a week and a half ago (caused by a broken jaw). He is still under heavy sedation and hope that he does make a full recovery. In Simon's abscence we have had a few problems with orders and communications with clients from Japan as we didn't have their details then. Not trying to make excuses but with INSANT's case, neither Greenline or SARD had stock of the injectors he requested and needed to be manufactured. This doesn't excuse the fact that they are late and that we couldn't get that information to him. The website going down is odd as we have no record of it on our system logs and seems to be working fine now. Due to the range of parts that we have access to it is impossible for us to keep stock of everything we list on our website. We often have to order direct from the manufacturer which is why we state that normal delivery times are 10-14 days. If the item is in stock it is obviously a lot quicker.
