just go through insurance and give them the license plates, and they will sort it, out, or the police, either way stuff paying for it myself.

i saw a Honda integra type r with euro plates....> but i suppose if the person driving it is from europe, then the plates might be so they dont get home sick? but yeah, run them off the road -
