Few things to consider, Link g4s are a good computer and can be had under a grand if you keep an eye out, for the oil pump see if you can get a hold of billet gears to go in the stock pump, cheap and so far totally bomb proof in mine. what manifold is costing over 2k? :0 the Crank trigger kit costs around $700, you will need an ATI balancer too.

  8. I have an ARC. I have no heat soak issues. In a GTR coolers defence driving is quite different to being on a dyno in front of a fan. Intercooler would be low on my priority list
  9. Is the dude from Mackay still selling his HKS 2835 in the classifieds? I think he got down to 1000 bucks on it. That would be a great option too
  10. I think it can even be a knackered 34 turbo. All the need is the rear housing!
  11. Grab a r34 turbo and get it highflowed at CGC, MTQ or hypergear. I had a friend that made a lazy 270rwkw and it still looked stock. Pretty inexpensive too.

  18. Yeah saw that, very impressive result! I would just give my turbos to MTQ to frankenstien them again like they did to my current ones. Worked well so I figure it should work regardless of the turbos!

  20. Yeah I often think the same. But the purist in me wants my GTR to have twins. With the stock air box back in place I am going for kind of a stock look, twins helps here too

  22. 500 to 600hp is probably the sweet spot. It's fast but can be reasonably tractable. Above that is when it becomes increasingly difficult
  23. For someone I know to be smart you do a great job of sounding retarded . In any other situation than a drag race a 800hp "beast" won't know which way a street friendly car went!
  24. Most of the cars with big numbers that every one likes to see spend all their time doing just that, making big numbers on a dyno in a shed. Any place else they are shit to drive. To borrow your phrase, woopy do.
