I have an ARC. I have no heat soak issues. In a GTR coolers defence driving is quite different to being on a dyno in front of a fan. Intercooler would be low on my priority list

Is the dude from Mackay still selling his HKS 2835 in the classifieds? I think he got down to 1000 bucks on it. That would be a great option too

I think it can even be a knackered 34 turbo. All the need is the rear housing!

Grab a r34 turbo and get it highflowed at CGC, MTQ or hypergear. I had a friend that made a lazy 270rwkw and it still looked stock. Pretty inexpensive too.

500 to 600hp is probably the sweet spot. It's fast but can be reasonably tractable. Above that is when it becomes increasingly difficult

For someone I know to be smart you do a great job of sounding retarded . In any other situation than a drag race a 800hp "beast" won't know which way a street friendly car went!
