And Adam and Colin yep ive always been lucky my body has always been able to get into condition really quickly with minimal training, though its gets a little harder each time the closer i get to 30! -

im telling ya it doesnt happen, all i do is cardio have lost some over all weight (3kg) but have lost 6kg of fat, i will get down to 89 or 90 kg and be at 8% or 9% body fat and have no where to go from the point of view of body fat....yet still be 'over weight' Hence my argument that the people who push BMI as a useful indicator are retarded

To lose weight i would need to exercise...when i exercise losing muscle for me doesnt happen, even with just cardio my fat% goes down but weight stays the same...to be 80kg i would have to stop eating and moving until muscle started wasting away.....GOOD ADVICE BMI! stoopid f**king thing it is Oh and step 3 is "be more awesome than you already are"

BMC or if you are on a budger Drift FTW Depends, at the cruise load point in my R32 i had the mixtures somthing like 16 to 1 with bugger all ignition timing, managed over 500 km to a tank mixed driving and got from sydney to coffs harbour on just over 40L which worked out at somthing like 7.5L per hundred. Though on the same trip i used a whole tank in 125km tearing around wakefield!

that is true! People can buy what ever they like as long as it isnt an exedy 5 puck ceramic.....lighter pedal than stock and harder bite tham either of the twins i have owned, I loaned it off a friend till my twinplate went in and i had to drive in in sydney in peak hour with a car that had some sort of tune fail and wouldnt hot start....holy nerve wracking!

Its just a personal preference from me, I actually find high clamp with a light pedal a bitch to drive as i cant get a good feel, i like the pedal to be pushing back against my foot as i can fell the engage point better....perhaps i need more sensitive feet!
