  1. yeah they are $1000 then add in $350 for each Z32 and the price isnt that different, and my main beef isnt the auxillary inputs its the lack of comparitive mapping resolution and the fact that over the years airflow meters have caused me nothing but dramas
  2. oh yeah i didnt see that he didnt have the car yet...as some one who is going through a rebuild now i can say it isnt a lot of fun so i would drive the car for as long as you can rather than take it off the road as soon as you get it
  3. Powers FCs are good, but they are getting long in the tooth and are way over priced. for similar money now you can get better and he didnt way he wanted 550whp he just wanted to know what his set up might make and the answer to that is who freaking knows!

Some of my suggestions: Try ACL gasket kits I would ditch the Power FC for a Vipec or maybe a haltech….but it depends on the tuners you have there if they are unfamiliar with these products the result wont be as good, so maybe ask your tuner of choice what he likes to work with. The Turbos have internal wastegates, no need to upgrade to external No need to upgrade fuel rail Don’t remove the 4wd fuse on a R33 GTR, they have a preload to the front diff so they are never truly RWD, if you remove the fuse you will prematurely wear the transfer case, The R32 is the only GTR where the fuse removal trick works The Non V spec diff to my mind is better being a proper mechanical diff, maybe get it shimmed? For suspension look at the Sydney Kid group buy in here and get something similar The intercooler should be fine The wheels you are looking at might be Rays TE37s??

Paul, Awesome Brandon, I pretty much dumped mine though im sure releasing it as fast as possible with out sending a massive jolt through the drivetrain would make for less wheelspin, then again the AWD kinda takes care of that for you so easiest is to go the less technical route (like I did) and just dump it lol

  8. brandon...you will bog down, i learned this quickly last year you will want somwhere between 7000 and limiter...probably closer to limiter

Also if you can convince a driver, who has no passenger to let you go through the gates with them entry is free because the cost of the day admits one driver and one passenger I dont think there will be any official meet to cruise out there together but by all means if thats what you want to do feel free to organise one that suits you

Brandon, Its a nismo version of the Z32 AFM so it still needs a plug, where as the Nismo version of the GTR AFM has essentially z32 internals (reads up to .5V) so the main difference is that a z32 based nismo AFM is 80mm in diameter whereas a GTR based nismo AFM is still only 65mm. As for spray pattern im not sure what you mean as all it does is measure air volume! and for the boost question yes it is possible for boost to spike if the solenoid does not react fast enough

  16. yeah i think they cost 400 odd delivered, they are the "nismo" z32 ones which are exactly the same as a z32 only new ha ha incedentally thet are also exactly the same a the Tomei ones I would probably sell for 350 like that guys is, so i suggest just buying his cheap one!

  18. Orange and silver Ford GTP in the Yatala area, he was a state traffice task force guy too, so he was defect happy....but in the end he did let us off pretty lightly!
  19. I should really get around to selling my power FC and my 2 z32 AFMs....Judging on those prices it would go close to fully funding a decent computer for my car!
  20. it would seem that benefits of good weight distrubution is lost on some! Since Annas SIL80 has been up and running i am starting to realise the my GTR and before that my RB25 R32 really suffer from that big iron lump hanging over the front axle
  21. Air con is a must, I have an airconed garage....I have been loving it of late, having the door closed can lead to poor lighting though and your assumptions about the drift switch are right, thats all i used in the GTR
  22. Tristan its gods way of saying dont fit turbos before buying ecu ect
