It would just be a r33 with 40k spent on it, one of around 40,000 cars, a 400R, while it wouldn't perform at the same level, is a 400R. Owning something most people have never even laid eyes on in the flesh would be pretty cool from my point of view.

It was a 'high' km one, had 90k km on the clock. But that's good in my eyes because I could drive it without being anal about ks. Given my total lack of interest in track stuff now it would have made a prefect cruiser. It is a boat with nismo bits, but one of those bits happens to be a nismo 2.8L

I would like to know what the actual tolerance is now, last time it didnt apply to pre 2006 cars, and I think that will remain the same as the ADR was different then, but still its like playing a game with some one and you dont know the rules and they do, and they are prone to underhandedness, not much fun!

From my understanding yes, thats why E85 cars often feel like a big capacity NA while cruising around, and while you are cruising it might be ok but the second you put any load on it, say a hill, you would be in the shit.

I want to run a flex tune too, but mine will be mostly run on 98 and then E85 for play dates, because there is no E85 near me at the moment.

If it was a E85 only tune run on 98 running rich would be the least of your worries, the timing advance on E85 is way beyond what an engine on 98 can handle and that's why the flex sensor is important
