After a while of driving your car around you will get it fun for a while then gets a bit old! Turns out the 8MR has a lot the the 6RS gear anyway! Same turbo at least, rated at 385hp! so same power with a bit more practicallity, noice

they fail in old cars, I drove 1200km this week, I dont care if i dont win everything I enter, i want my car to be comfortable and fun!

too old now days, I am over old cars, The EVO MR is about as fast anyway and has better suspension

I just wanted to compare 6, 7 and 8 side by side in the flesh, all the cars were over priced so i will be importing one myself, After consultation with Anna and Noel it was decided that the EVO8 is the best package, we decided the 6 was the toughest looking but a bit too old so the 8 had the best balance of newness performance and looks, the 7 smelled like a family of monkeys was raised in it so that didnt help its case lol Dont worry we are not getting out of cars all together...just getting into better cars ha ha

I dont have any regrets, I finished the car, realised i didnt like it anymore and couldnt move it fast enough! Im sure the new owner will find out what it is capable of at some stage!

If all goes to plan it will be gone on Dec 12, so after this weekends cruise it will be in mothballs Im not risking it getting stolen or some crap between now and the sale date

It's really quite good value, as it uncludes pre drinks in brissie or gold coast, then a bus ride to dreamworld, drinks all night, plus rides, plus live bands, then a bus ride back to brissie or gold coast, with more drinks to follow. We are just not sure if we can afford it yet.

Anna nearly bought tickets for last years' but couldn't get 10 people interested in order to get the discount so we didn't go. She was also going to get them for this year but seeing as they are now $180 with transport fee we're not sure

ok it is working like this we will be leaving meet 1 at about 9:00 $and heading to meet 2 at mudgerraba, at mudgerraba we will all regroup and meet with people who did not decide to come to meet 1 ie people from the coast who did not want to travel to logan only to turn around and come straight back

If you want a GTR dont spen money in the mean time while you wait...I found this out the hard way, I wanted an EVO about 8 months ago...i decided it was a big leap and mucked around with my car in the mean time, since that time i have spent so much on my car that i could have bought an EVO in cash.....and i still have a car i am unsatisfied with.. Moral of the story? You cant polish a turd. If you want a fast car start with a fast one and do less mods for the same result. Or buy someones completed project and enjoy the product of their early insanity
