Thats ok I know you were just giving your opinion, I just wanted to clear up that I am not some dodgy gut trying to flog off crap parts The car will be on the track most months..my brother and myself have been in motorsport for a while so adjusting isnt a problem I would never reccomend lowered springs over standard shocks...it gives a comparibly nasty ride and wears the shocks quickly the valving and the springs need to match

The reason these particular coil overs are cheap is because I wanted height adjustable suspension as my car is going to be used for alot of trackwork and the Apexi that was installed on my car when I bought it did not offer the range of adjustment I needed...if it was to be a road car only I would have stayed with the current set up...further more I am offering these coil overs cheap to Todd because I have indirectly screwed him around with the proposed sale of this suspension gear and I feel quite bad about it....Please dont make out that all second hand gear is rubbish...especially when you dont know the background
  9. Aha! Get that steering wheel fixed up and I am pretty sure that will solve it! The steering wheel has steering angle sensors in the bottom of it and there are some in the boss. If they are not aligned properly you will get faults in the HICAS and the A-LSD as that information is used by these two systems to decide when and when not to be active The fluid for the A-LSD is in the boot on the right hand side there is a little flap in the lining ou can open and you will see the canister there

I would pick up a RB25 then do the exhaust intercooler and computer upgrades...building a 25/30 will be more expensive and the plain RB30ET is no match for the RB25DET My R32 has an RB25DET with Power FC, Boost Controller, Front mount and turbo back exhaust and it is a seriously fun drive you wont be dissapointed
  12. It couldnt take heat and it broke down to become a black water like substance..providing no lubrication at all...I still have it at home I will show you one day...it was in the R32
  13. All of those lights mean there is a fault if they are on...except slip, that just means you are breaking traction (Mine didmt work but ) Do you have an after market steering wheel?? This can cause issues for A-LSD and Hicas...the A-LSD comuter is located in the boot there is a red light on it that will flash an error code if the dash light comes on...get the number of flashes then search this forum and it will tell you what is wrong The A-LSD will not spin both if it is not functioning....However if it is only a momentary spin in a tight corner I found that mine did not spin both...I think this is programmed in As for oil I like Penrite 5w60....motul turbo light nearly killed my engine And for gearbox and diff go for redline shockproof really expensive but really really good

Ok if the Teins are like my HKS coil overs the allen key hole is the damper adjust...wind it all the way Anti clockwise....(That is the way the HKS ones are any way??) for the softest setting this should soften the ride a little...like wise raising the heght a little..this will give you more spring travel to absorb some of the bumps That being said if they really are for a GTR the spring rate is probably too high as they usually run higher rated than you would on a GTST...this will make it hard to get a nice ride
  22. I hate my short shifter that came with the R32....I screw up second gear alot..where as in the R33 I never do!
