Sounds very air leaky to me. After looking for air leaks unplug each coil pack. If the idle doesn't change you have found your problem cylinder. Did you say you unplugged the afm and it made no difference? I have had a failed afm and failed wiring to my afm cause issues similar to yours. My money is still on air leak though.

I reckon everyone should have a crank trigger. There are cheaper ways to go though. Ask Dan about the set up in Noels car. The price ross charges is crazy.

Its Ok. I have survived multiple happy laps at lakeside! White GTR and all. You have to be a special type of dumb to have an incident at happy laps. Sprint days are another matter however.

The noise and smoke offence in QLD is tied to burnouts squaling tyres and what not. Ie it is about the driver undertaking some sort of action that makes noise over and above the noise of the exhaust. A loud exhaust falls under non compliance with the vehicle and safety standards. Either way its still pretty f**ked up. Go LNP.

Congrats Col, I looked up 5 bed townhouses, I think I found the ad. Looks nice! If you are getting the stamp duty concession you need to live in it for 1 year with occupancy starting within one year, and renting out rooms counts as you not occupying it. Something to keep in mind!

Tried something new the other day. I don't really like bourbon but I really liked Blantons. The special reserve at Dan Murphys is 50 bucks and it is just delicious.
