  1. It sure is. I ran z32 brakes on my car for a few days while waiting for new rotors to arrive.
  2. The fins on the turbine look like the stock design and the rear certainly doesn't look milled out. I would say it is as it left the factory.
  3. Great minds Mike! I hate the piddly little pistons in the China kits.
  4. Pro tip. A GTR is wasting money at its best! Splimer ran refreshed stock brakes with no trouble at 296 awkw for years. AP and Alcon seem to be the top teir. Then probably Brembo and the like. Project Mu is well regarded. If it was my money I would be checking out those Akebonos that Mike posted 355 is a nice size without going overboard.
  5. Braided lines, new rotors and good pads would likely be up to weekend drives and occasional track work. You need to decide your budget then go from there. If you are happy to spend 4k you can't go wrong with the high end stuff. But much lower spending will also get you results. I have never met one more angst filled about mods! Lol
  6. Those Akebono kits seems to represent very good value
  7. 40 minute sessions at wakefield, and my GTR Brembos never smoked... Just sayin! They have become fairly underrated over the last few years. Though I have never paid 1800 bucks for them. My first set of fronts cost 800 with dba 5000 rotors and my full set cost 1300 with dba 5000 front rotors.
  8. Can just take the one from work that my old boss bought for some reason and no one ever uses.
  9. A reliable source tells me the X181 and the Powerbow gen X are in fact the same shape. So a long sweet spot starting low and heading up to traditional centre. They are however scalloped to make them a little lighter, meaning if you hit off center you lose some power. The Matrix has a similar length middle but is not scalloped and therefore a little heavier but is more forgiving if you get one off center. I would give both a go, if you can live with the extra weight on the matrix it may be the go, if anything I wish my bat was less scalloped.
  10. OK apparently the x181 500s is available at Greg Chappell Albion. the 500 or 700 range is about what you should be going for in Grey Nicks. The Powerbow gen X has a very similar look to it and would be a good substitute, the matrix is pretty similar too but looks a little less bottom heavy. If you are feeling strong check out the Colossus, it reads heavy but the pick up is surprisingly good
  11. It let me down in major ways on several occasions, Royal purple on the other hand never has. The year I went, i think 2012? One of the royal purple girls was amazing, my god the things the things I would be willing to do with her! lol
  12. Gimme a sec. There may be a current equivalent. The x181 is from the summer before last
  13. I too am a penrite lover. When I can't get royal purple that is. Turbo lite sux balls
  14. Doesn't surprise me, some of the payroll peeps are pretty hopeless.
  15. We are transitioning to a new payroll system in 2 weeks, I am scared now.
  16. That's why they have to pay us to do it!
  17. No group cert here either. Mine always takes a while.
  18. I really need to join a rifle club. I don't use my gear nearly often enough

    One In A Row

Cooper Cronk showing how missed he really was last night. I don't even want the shield back next year now that it has Gallen all over it.
  21. Winter is awesome, that is all. Now 30 degrees and 90% humidity while walking to the train at 7:30. That's a problem worth whinging about!
