The WRX flaggies are meeting at the Village Green Hotel @ 8am, and leaving at 8:15am to drive down to Sandown. Any SAU guys and girls are welcome to meet and drive with us.

Basically the Huntingdale Auto club has invited SAU VIC members to attend their motorkhana this Sunday, 13th of August, at Moorabbin Airport. The event will be held on a GRASS surface. The cost is a tiny $15 if you enter before the 11th of August. $25 if you enter after this date or on the day. You will need a CAMS Level 2NS license or higher to enter the event. Well this a very simple and easy, but it thought why not post up a DIY on it just in case you've never done it before. Ok here's the wiper blades i use.... Step 2 Now slide the new blades on....using the gooves in the new blades to run through all the clips of the wiper Step 3 OK with the new blades on, you'll now have alot of over hanging blades.... Out come the pliers or old scissors (not the good scissors!!!!!! ) And cut away..... Job Done 8) Now off to the dyno for the re-tune. (this was done on my WRX ) Also just a quick tip, for having a really clean outside window, use a little Meguiars clay bar on the windscreen, it cleans it up awesome!!

(not sure if it's old news) Well last night, while doing a little late night channel surfing, i flicked across to that average "Car Show", and they were doing a feature on a Blue 200sx....i thought hey that looks like Juz's car...and what do ya know it was and she was on the show, talking about her car. The show did a little montage on her car, with a few pics (which looked likes Joel's) of her car and the November Motorkhana (even saw the little green pug!!) They even had a pic of a SAU sticker!! Juz was awesome on TV...very nicely done! WELL DONE JUZ! On a seperate, note, how much of a try hard Top Gear rip off is that show..... I mean Top Gear did the Discovery sport feature last year with a Tank (which is very funny), and last nights Car show does the Discovery sport test.....with low and behold a tank (a real old POS tank too.)

LEGO LEGO LEGO....i had ton's of teh stuff. Even had 2 milk crates full given to me my Dads first apprentice!! Then foolishly when i moved out of home i gave it to my younger cousins. Now i have a son of my own, i get to buy it all again...All STAR WARS LEGO!!!! Also i got addicted to the old "choose you own" adventure books....they were awesome! I had one of these too.... All i wanted was a Atari....but i got stuck with the intellevison dog of a machine, cause my parents thought that it was more educational because it came with a keyboard. The intellevison died after about 6 months use.... I still tease my parents about their poor choice of gaming systems....you can still buy a Atari in stores!!
