Track Day Friday October 5 At the October 5 track day we will be trialing the Time Attack Top 5 Shoot Out. The fastest 5 AWD cars and fastest 5 2WD cars will each shoot out in a single lap battle to find the outright champion. I am hoping this will be exciting for both drivers and spectators alike. The shoot out event will have minimum impact on the running of the day as the morning session starts half hour early. The passenger rides will be capped to the numbers below giving preference to guys with membership. Keep me posted. Only got afternoon spots available at the moment. The days comes quick when your trying to get your car ready in time. I will also be touch and go at this stage. Not enough hours in the week !!

Bunta, GTRgeoff do you guys want me to reserve spots for you for next track day ? FineLine, you are right about the number of cars being prepped. Its going to be a great battle at the pointy end of the field. Group 1 just keeps getting quicker. It was a landmark 2 track days ago to have the entire group 1 under 1min on Sprint circuit. The RWD Shoot out we are planning in October shall be interesting. I have taken the lessons learned from the AWD Shoot out and fed them into the event. Can anyone lend me a whipper snipper to clean out my wheels Some how I managed to get a grass fire in my passenger side front wheel. First time I have seen smoke coming from the wheel and thought "hang on, that smells like wood". Yes Skylines is the plan. Just need to get organised. I know of two that are being built track worthy now. Hopefully they will be the basis of a team.

I agree, looks good on the circuit. Those brakes are scary. Hopefully you will have them sorted by next years event. After talking to some guys and being out there, hopefully we will also have a team running to keep you company.
