Define "chassis is cut" If you mean the circular hole underneath the washer bottle, that's fine, however if your reo bar has been cut to fit the FMIC then no, it's not legal and if you ever were defected you would need a new reo bar to pass

Screw spacers, dangerous, stupid and illegal. Not to mention, if you are caught with them in an accident, insurance companies aren't generally too happy Just get rims that fit correctly in the first place

I think while they might come off as abrasive Craig, they are only giving their input as to what they personally see as right/wrong with the club. Nothing bad against that, you won't ever please everyone but it's always good to listen to criticism
