Like Luke said, for 3k you won't get much... My saying is, if you are gonna do it, you might as well do it properly. Imagine how pissed you'd be spending 3k only to get a finish you aren't happy with? Money down the drain isn't it, and back to square one

If you are as picky as me, I'd be budgeting atleast around $8000 for a full respray. Means all windows come out, all new seals etc. Some good workshops around... All Type Crash I've heard good things about, I use and SWEAR by All Make Crash. Had a very bad experience with one of the "big" workshops here in SA, I won't name them but I definately wasn't impressed with their workmanship. End of the day, it all comes down to how deep your wallet is and just what you consider a "good job"

Reuben, I passed Regency with my oil cooler installed with Speedflow lines and Earls fittings... they didn't have a problem so long as it's mounted correctly and the lines aren't tracing all over the engine bay (ie. nice and tidy) I'm sure Pirtek would do the lines also

Roo, you hit the nail right on the head buddy when you said either way, action or no action, people just complain. Hence why I stated I will no longer be involved in such nonsense... as Andrew said, being a mod doesn't mean we have any more "power" to represent SAU than you do, we just police posts and delete crap, kind of like SAPOL I'm sorry I feel the need to remove myself from this because when it all began I thought it could be a worth while meeting but in the end, as always, negativity ruined all. As I said in my previous post, my elevated status at work will put a huge pressure on me, I start at 6AM and don't see me finishing most days before atleast 6PM, do that 6 days a week and you get the picture. I don't want or need the added stress

I've spent most of last night thinking about this ( couldn't sleep due to the weather ) and I've arrived to the conclusion that I won't bother with any of this defect business anymore, if I get defected, fine so be it. I hardly drive the car now anyway as it is with work and after my boss speaking to me today and basically telling me the company is in my hands until the end of the year which is a GREAT opportunity but also means I have a LOT more stress on my plate than to worry about this. I'll take the time while the car is off the road and I'm busy working to get engineered what I can, do the right thing and when I get a chance, just drive the damned thing and not worry, it's not my daily so if I do get defected, it's not putting me in a tough position. I feel bad for doing this but I really think it's a whole group or not thing, if members are against this meeting I don't really see it being sucessful. If it does go ahead, I wish ALL THE BEST to the members involved and I'd like to thank Nene for being so damned awesome to put her ass out on the line for this and even thank Officer Neil to bother to take the time to respond to out mail.
