The PFC will hold the tune, it's written to the ROM on the board... just switch them over and then switch them back... not a drama

Just borrow a standard ECU from someone here or go down to Japanese Import Spares and they can loan you what you need to pass Regency

Damn mate that sucks! I know how you feel though having my ass reamed by Regency only recently myself... as others have said, get the coilovers off, definately put the standard ECU in (don't risk it) and if you can source one, just get a standard cat back if you are worried about noise. Never had a problem with Vista here, as far as I'm concerned it's more stable and more robust than XP ever was. Not to say that XP was a bad OS because it wasn't.

Anyone able to clarify here? I'm useless as tits on a bull when it comes to suspension. In the pic below, the part that's circled, is that the tie rod? Just need to know as mine is bent and needs replacing, just unsure if I buy brand new from Nissan or go to the wreckers and grab one

Wow, that sucks buddy. Doesn't sound too promising about getting any money off them but it may be worth a try. The dickhead boyfriend should think next time, first for letting an unlicensed person drive and second for ripping up a handbrake on an unsuspecting driver. Luckily you got a good cop, at least that helped the situation some!

Keep in mind you will need bigger fuel pump, injectors, AFM's and an ECU to take advantage of it all, I don't know your current setup
