It's a little motor on the aircon unit that directs the airflow, to fix it you have to take the dash off, it's not an expensive part but a pain in the ass to replace! I believe there was a guide on here some time ago with how to do it; a search might turn up some results

Damn Steve that sucks! I wish I could have been there but unfortunately work came first (As is usual ) Hopefully if it's ever done again there will be a better reception next time

There's a clip where you have circled in the last picture, looks like it might have come out of that clip and dropped down. You don't need to take out the headlight, only the middle grill, then from memory unclip the three button screws underneath that and then two screws on each side at the very edge of the wheel arch. That will allow you to take off the front bar and see what's wrong

Using the DS2500's from Ferodo and have to say they are a GREAT pad. Got a track day coming up on Monday so hopefully they will shine on the track as well. From what I've heard, it won't be a problem -

Just fitted my slotted rotors and DS2500's to my car... what a big difference it made, awesome pads, pricey, but awesome
