Use Motul 300V myself, great oil and really is worth the extra price in my opinion for that peace of mind that you are doing everything you can to safeguard your car -

Hey guys, new to this section as the old man is just about to get a 2003 V35 350GT Boys being boys we want to extract as much power out of it as possible (within reason of course; ie no forced induction) Considering it already has a Nismo exhaust fitted, what are some other worthwhile mods to do to the car?

I go coppers myself also, find them the best and usually change them every 2nd service. Every 3rd if I get lazy

Forgot to mention, already did that, seemed fine. Not too sure (can't tell at this time of night with little light) but there MAY be a slight crack in the hose, will have to have a better look tomorrow

Hey guys, just noticed today that my factory boost gauge has stopped. The needle is stuck just a bit over 0 and doesn't seem to want to budge, however, my aftermarket Apexi one is fine. Same thing happened on my old R33, then I got my clutch changed and for some reason it started again (though I doubt these things are related) Any ideas on how to fix it, might it just be a sticky needle?

Yep, the black. I can't believe the prices of some of the R34 GTR's these days. Gives me good feelings though, definately means I'll be getting one sooner than later

Had this same problem a few weeks back, turned out the "gears" in the locking mechanism were full of gunk inside the door. I cleaned it up, made sure it was well lubricated with some oil and then put it all back together. Haven't had a problem since, hope it helps
