  1. Hydrolock, it happens. Luckily his insurance covers him, always wondered about that
  2. Spotted a nice white RS260 with an SAUSA sticker at my job site on Morphett Rd, obviously someone here, who is it?
  3. See how no one is responding to your baiting? That means they don't care
  4. Most likely will enter Matty... don't really want to miss out!
  5. I hate you... how much?
  6. It was recorded from her end, if she had the phone on loudspeaker, then recorded, I would say that you'd get the same results as the leaked audio. Prove me wrong, I'm no expert, that's just how I see it
  7. Just listened to all the Mel Gibson tapes. She's a deceitful little bitch but f**k me she gets him going. Some of the language he uses is rather... colorful. It's amazing how she acts so calmly, it's almost like she knows she's being recorded
  8. Will start this weekend, should have it finished by mid next week all going well
  9. Agreed. Mostly overgrown children
  10. You love me shit-stirring you
  11. That's cos you are
  12. Signed away your license
  13. Craig, link me now
  14. Spot on there Craig, I would list a few however being a moderator I don't think it's in my best interests. One stands out in particular as being an arrogant, self centered f**kwit. And a thief and liar to boot... Sad state of affairs the SA drift scene at the moment. Ruled by a few who think they are more important than anyone else then spit shit when things don't go their way
  15. Most of them are a bunch of two year olds that make up for the fact that they still live at home after the age of 30 with how loud they can bitch and moan
  16. Which is what I said...
  17. Sure is, re-read what I said and check it on your covers too. You'll see what I mean
  18. You never drove the GT-R in anger so you can't comment
  19. Which he should never have sold
  20. Yeah the Nitto pumps are nice, proven too!
  21. Head is still sitting on the workshop floor along with the intake and turbos.... so to answer your question I haven't even started Taking all that off, I'd recommend you replace ALL of your studs, do it for piece of mind. It's a prick of a job that you WON'T want to do twice
  22. I didn't give EXACT figures, that's a ballpark, a rough guide for people to use. Obviously 4cyl, 6cyl and 8cyl will incur different costs and depending on what you have done will change pricing as well. The reasons I port/polished my head was twofold... 1) The head was already off, so why not 2) I'm all about maximising what's there; chucking in the cams, I wanted a bit of a tidy-up and a freshen up of the head to ensure everything was A-OK. For my outlay, I think I got a reasonable amount of benefits, time will tell when I get the time to put it all back together, re-tuned on the dyno with a final power figure
  23. I've got nothing to hide... I'll post it here for all to see incase they are thinking of getting it done. Hardness test, cold tanking the head, pressure test, check clearances, sync S&R and refacing of the head came to a touch over $1000, add another $600 or so for a nice simple port/polish job (enough to get returns while remaining cost effective) This included fitting my new cams, etc. Don't have time to search ATM, but here's a quick link for you Noisy belt
  24. That "dent" is there for a reason, it's to accomodate the crossover pipe on an RB25, check and you'll see what I mean. As for the Gates belts, yeah, they whine, comes part and parcel of those belts I'm afraid and it's well documented. If you're going to get it ported, go to Rhemac, speak to Mark. They are the guys to see, do awesome work, reasonably priced, know their shit and best of all, right here in SA! They did my 26 head, came up sweet!
