Or maybe it means it's actually good, just cos it isn't a resource hog doesn't mean it's not good; it just means its optimised and coded properly. A corporate environment requires it to be fast and bloat free or else it wouldn't be used. Hows about you try it before you knock it? Fitting the cam baffle covers is easy as. I can do that for you. As for the sump, I beleive any sump you buy needs to be welded onto the existing sump

Have you looked at the hi octane sumps? They look like a serious bit of kit and will be what I go for when I build my motor. Some nice internal gating/baffling too
