  1. EY, i work for John Blair motor sales, Honda/Alfa romeo dealership corner of chaple and high street, in the parts department so anyone who wants any honda or alfa parts pm me ill get you my staff discount its really good on genuine parts, non-gen probably not that much better than what most other people here can get
  2. ey, I'm having problems please help, Ok pretty much i'm running two amp's, one under the front passenger seat and one in the boot compartment next to where the battery is. The amp in the boot is a 4 chanel running front splits and my sub and the front amp is running my rear speakers, dont ask why its wired like that due to distrubiting power to best matching speekers, anyways it was all runinng fine no problems no nothing, except i was haveing my rear amp cut out when the volume was turnned up not even half way, as if it were overheating although it wasnt hot at all and it would do it even when i started the car up after leaving it overnight or longer, anywayz i figured out that the amp was brigged for the sub in the first and second chanel and the front splits were on chanel 3 &4, anywayz i realised that with this amp to run it brigged effectivly 3 chanels you have to run the brigged unit my sub in chanel 3 & 4 i swapped that over and it fixed the problem but now i have an increddibly unbearable ground loop hum or something, and it isnt just threw the rear amp it run's threw both amp's, i have cheaked all my grounding's and all are grounded perfectly, none of my power wires or ground wires run anywhere neer and speaker or rca wires, i havent been able to isolate the problem any help would be greatly appretiated,

  6. Thinking of running a toyota 1ggze blower, picking it up for like $300 pretty good blowers might run bout 10-12psi outa it so at least i can compete with some of the turbos out there, im picking up the stock gts-t intercooler as well cause with running such low boost i dont need anything really special, i assume you have done a blower install on your's you got any pic's??
  7. thermos?? where can i get em from n bout how much, i was slightly worried about the belt slipping if i were to run it off a pre-existing belt, if i end up mounting it off the crank pully ill prob use a ribbed belt so it wont slip, i just need the extra clearance hopefully the thremos will help
  8. I'm looking at setting up a supercharger set up i've sorced everything i need, i'm unsure though where im going to mount the supercharger but this is not my main problem, i wanted to know from someone who has set up a supercharger on an rb25de which is the best belt to take the supercharger from., i was originally thinking of modifying the crank pully to add on another belt connection but the clearances between the pully and the fan isnt a big enough gap without moving the ratiator, my second though was to add on the supercharger pully and a tensioner onto the alternatior belt as it is the widest belt but as the fan and the alternator are running off the same pully i was thinking mabye i might not get enough power for the supercharger to run effectivly, if anyone has any pictures or information of where they have modifyed the pully set up it would be quite helpful, Thankz heapz Only way to get around P-plater restrections (buy a car under the power-weight ratio and modify it to reputable standarts)
