  1. We will make the 3inch intake pipe and see. Im sure my Dyno guy will look after u with dyno hire and i wont charge u to do a tidy up if it needs it. Hoping that i can tune the ss1.5 this saturday. I made a 3inch intake for that. The 34neo with atr 43 i tuned after ur car sarge was supposed to make 240kw on Envy's dyno in syd. But made 220kw on the first run. And 232kw and a heap more in the midrange after i finished. This was maxing out the stock injectors and setting the limiter at 6000rpm
  2. Disconnect the 02 sensor located on the dump pipe of the turbo. Try this and let us know

  8. Is the conversion finished and engine running? Power fc should work fine
  9. Disconnect the fast idle control motor (purple plug from memory, inlet manifold right near firewall) and see if it still happens.

  14. Fair enough dude. I havent used ur brand. U have to be carefull if there is condensation in the exhaust. If u preheat ur sensor and the condensation cool the sensor it can fark it. Well according to innovate anyway

  16. Are u talking about the wideband? U dont have to let It warm up. Start the car then plug it in.

  19. Just fitted GTR injectors to a RB20. No probs there but i cant for the life of me find where the rear fuel pressure dampner on the back of the fuel rail gets it boost/vacuum source from?????????? The stock boost gauge nipple is used. The only nipple thats free is on a T peice for the feed to the Idle motor but this is a boost only line. Please i need a pic from someone with a rb20 that has the rear fuel dampner on back of rail. Thanks guys
  20. Normally the fuel map isnt used until after cranking maps and post crank map has finished. What ecu?
  21. Glad it fixed your issue. I have had to do this on a fair few cars. If i can smell fuel from outside the car or in the cabin its the firat place i check.
  22. Braided lines from kando dynamics for rb25 is a good kit. Bout 100 i think. Just doing a rb20 with hks turbo and they have 2 lines behind the head that join. Which sucks alot more to get off and try to join to a braided line. Im trying to use a 5/16 compression fitting. Hopefully it bites on hard. Dyno the pu1.5 next week after i install 740's,walbro and z32afm on customers car.

  24. Replace the spark plugs first before messing with the tune. Chances are that because u had no spark with u ignitor issues the plugs are fouled. Check them and see. Also its easier to ignite a stoich mix
