Looks to be a relay. Might have been for an aftermarket alarm etc

The packing in the mufflers need to settle and fill out. Then they will be a little quieter. With the popping noise, if its only on idle then that is very normal or RB motors. Most do it but u mainly notice it with a louder exhaust system

3k worth of parts and then a few mods such as custom intake, custom hot pipe, custom oil drain, and we opted for custom water lines. Then fitting and tuning. Adds up pretty quickly. So far so good with the turbo. Recieved the injectors today. Will fit them, z32 afm,walbro and tune next week hopefully.

If u turn it off does it hold a steady boost pressure?

Try a mates AFM. Check for air leaks. Clean idle motors

Just a r32 gtst. Bought it as a shell. Now has Rb25 with td06sl2, 38mm ebay gate and manifold. Will be running nistune and 740nismo inj. Has GTR diff,axles and brakes all round. Just building it on the cheap. My GTR is for circuit and street. This gtst is just a thrasher/drifter.

More Airflow through the AFM should inturn use more fuel and more injector duty cycle. Can u post up a pic of the spark plugs

Should be fine. Lets wait and see if the turbo rolls over near redline.

Ok pu 1.5 has been installed. Not going to go into detail about the install just yet but a few things had to be modified. Havent touched the tune yet as customer had to head to sydney. Went for a quick road test not exceeding half throttle and so far very impressed with the near stock response. This turbo has a very unique and nice sounding spool up. Will be doing a quic road tune today just to set AFR's then hopefully get on dyno next saturday or possibly during the week. Im excited for the results

I agree with Jonno.the FPR line can be used but Its best to use a differen boost source when possible. As he said if a boost leak occurs on that line the fuel pressure may drop and cause a lean condition

Check that the boost gauges line isnt kinked/squished or leaking anywhere.

How did u verify no injector pulse when cranking? Might be fuel pressure or tune related
